Superbly friendly and exceptionally nice staff and the breakfast was complimentary with fruit juice, the usual tea plus bottled water.

The hotel seems like a comfortable base for a short stay. The employees are amazingly nice and affable. It's beautifully presented and brand-new with great-sized bathrooms. The location is incredibly comfortable in a calm area, close enough to the tube station, the river and tube from London Centre.

A wide range of food at the breakfast, I thoroughly enjoyed coffee and tea. The hotel was in a stunning location next to nice pubs/restaurants nearby, Tower Bridge and 2 stations. Café Cafe Modern One located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Had 1 night in London, spent our time here lovely. Last time we stopped we had a brand-new, spotless room with snacks, bedside lights plus the bathroom. Its location was good, close to the station, and in a very quiet area. Wapping district was worth staying in. A wide array of food for breakfast, everything was excellent.

I was here for short stay, everything was brand-new. I loved its superior king room with soundproofing, a comfy bed and fresh beverages. The location was great and brilliant by tube from London Centre. Had tea and goodies at Servewell Cafe, nestled 3 km of the hotel.
