Deluxe king room is luxurious, has a luxury bathroom. There is a huge variety of supplies like : a living area and a TV. The property has a great location, so close to shops and transport, Oakwood, and resteraunts and public transport to central London. It offers brilliant services.

The total stay was comfortable for two nights. The staff was accommodating and welcoming, my every need was addressed. My deluxe queen room had modern conveniences, including a multi-channel TV, a sitting area, and ironing facilities. I really enjoyed garden view.

Airy and huge units with lovely comfy bed.

The place was spotlessly clean with accommodating and excellent staff members. Excellent and lovely location, London City airport was 30 km away. The hotel was a cosy base for enjoying a nice quiet area.

Thanks very much all for a special stay for two nights. The staff were very amiable and accommodating and we enjoyed stay here. The setting was fantastic, very close to the city centre, the local bars and restaurants and South Kensington. Booked this for our trip and it exceeded high expectations.

Stunningly beautiful and comfortable accommodation with magnificent setting very close to the nearby tube station, London centre and South Kensington. Pretty friendly, helpful staff towards all guests.

My double room was airy, new-fashioned. The beds were very comfy and I had a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment and a TV set. The location was excellent and incredible, in a quiet residential area of London, convenient to go everywhere. Plus, it was near Southgate as well as Oakwood underground stations.

Thoroughly enjoyed the way our en suite and spotless superior king room in the en suite bedroom was arranged. The location was marvellous, and we could reach Chickenshed by walking.

We appreciated the hotel and Barnet, had 2 wonderful days there. The staff were really helpful and excellent and the location was incredible close to 2 underground stations. No complains at all, the venue met every demand, recommend it.

Exceptionally clean hotel in a beautiful building near to wireless festival, and London. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Excellent staff throughout our stay.

The staff are really helpful, managed the parking nearby. The location of the hotel is good and lovely, in between two tube stations and nearby a bus station. Also, it's 2 km away from Chickenshed Theatre.

It was surely a VERY GOOD stay for two nights. The place was exceptionally clean, I booked the double room with garden views, everything was very comfortable. There where a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment and a TV set in the room, appreciated that. This was a magnificent location next to Oakwood underground stations, the Piccadilly Line tube station at Oakwood and shops and transport.

I would recomand the place. Had really nice stay for two nights. Got superior king room with lovely comfy bed when arrived, greatly enjoyed that. It was huge and I had iron and ironing board, coffee/tea making equipment, and a work desk. The staff were helpful and location was marvellous. You could walk to supermarkets and shops.

Have spent our 1 night here lovely, it was perfect for what we needed. The location was brilliant, not too far from Trent Park. What's more, it was next to London, and Highbury.

Its location within walking distance of Christ Church was unbeatable.

The fact that Cockfosters tube station was some 15 minutes away was a plus.

Everything was great, had a really great stay for two nights. The room was both immaculate and spotless by a substantial breakfast, we enjoyed it. Location: the hotel was very close to both Cockfosters and shops and restaurants. Southgate district was worth visiting.
