The location was marvellous and fab as it was near bars and restaurants. There were bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel rooms were huge and updated with the bedroom, computer plus tablet.

Overall marvellous and lovely location just off the centre of London due to Tube problems, Chelsea and nice restaurants and a restaurant which was open for dinner and breakfast. Comfortable room with a laptop, functioning air conditioning, as example.

Mediocre breakfast.

The location was magnificent, very close to underground tube, the Metro, the V & A, the park and the V & A Museum. Also, a Hyde park was 3 km away. The room with a short bed. Greatly enjoyed the sensational breakfast on the lower level.

The room I had was compact and the staff was pleasant and exceptional. The location was great and easy because it was just off all of London's attractions, including Hyde Park, the museums, as well as Vic and Albert Museum and Harrods. Had tea and goodies at Brownie Box, nestled 1 km of the hotel;)))

The room I got was fairly quiet, and, yea, towels were large.

Thoroughly enjoyed how the beautiful and terrific room for a terrace was arranged when we arrived. Exceptional and incredible location, it was close to a subway station.

Absolutely amazing and outstanding staff of the hotel. Tidy, attractive room provided with functioning air conditioning, an ironing board, for example. Delicious food for breakfast in the dining room.

Marvellous location at a short distance from Thackeray Gallery. Great restaurant relatively close to the venue. Fairly quiet room, set close to a subway station.

The room is tidy and attractive, comes with a balcony, tablet plus functioning air conditioning. A subway station is close to the hotel, central location.

The property was well-maintained with incredibly attentive staff. The location in a very pleasant area was perfect and there were a shopping street and a market nearby. Short walk from an underground station, it was a plus. Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in London.

The room I booked was tidy and attractive with the bedroom and excellent facilities plus nice touches such as furnishing. The location was exceptional, around 10-15 minutes walk from a scientifically spellbinding museum.

We had efficient check in and the rooms were beautiful and terrific with king size bed. Had an appetising meal in the dining room. Location: the hotel was just off a short walk to V and the museums.

The small hotel was brilliant. I had spotlessly clean room to myself with king size bed, functioning air conditioning, as for instance. The breakfast was sensational and on the lower level; the staff was very, very nice. The location was great and easy for London, adjacent to science museum and Vic and Albert Museum and Harrods, Windsor or Hampton court, and including Hyde Park.

Nicely decorated and quirky place, it has immensely pleasant staff from the desk clerk to the doorman. The hotel offers variety of food that was fine! It has particularly good location in Kensington district short walk to the beautiful conservatory, and UNDERGROUND after embarking from the EUROSTAR from Paris.

The property is charming, it has courteous and amazingly great staff from the desk clerk to the doorman. The venue is placed in a central position close to the Sainsbury market. At the main bar they serve appetising food and drinks.

The room was a decent size for a terrace, I was happy about that. Central location was a plus. There was an EXCELLENT restaurant, a shopping street and a market next door.

The room is spotless and compact with large shower, a king bed, as for instance. The location is easy, 1 km from a world-famous museum. Furthermore, it's adjacent to Xenia, the centre, and South Kensington.

Very very good breakfast, with a wide array of food. Marvellous and fab location, great area, not far from science museum and Vic and Albert Museum and Harrods, Kensington High Street and main shopping area & attractions. A beautiful and absolutely charming hotel, my first choice in London.

I would stay here again, liked very nice stay. This nicely decorated and pleasant hotel occupies a gorgeous building in the elegant style. Our hotel is set in a central location really close to London, the Gloucester and Earls Court, and the underground stations. Also, it's 3 km away from The Globe. The restaurant serves hot local food. It offers good service...

Extras like a cabinet, a work desk and a chair were appreciated. Well-accessible via a train station...
