The room we booked was big size and quiet with shower, the bedroom, smoke alarm.

Thoroughly enjoyed that the hotel was fine and had kind staff at the reception desk. The room was newly remodelled and warm, had private bathroom. Bed and pillows were soft.

The hotel is fairly clean, nestled in the neat building with very amiable and superfriendly staff. Everything is perfectly fine, the room is newly remodelled with socks off, a replacement kettle, a shower. The venue provides a friendly service.

The rooms where recently renovated and cheap with a balcony, socks off, for instance, just what was needed.

It was clean with good and fine staff at the reception desk. My room included Wi-Fi and a carpet. The location was brilliant - walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go. A pretty standard and nice hotel which was in front of a bus stop.

Fairly quiet room on showers. A nice enough area, marvellous and stunning location right by cafes as well as Hyde Park, Bayswater and Queensway Underground Stations, restaurants and grocery shops.

The hotel was a relaxing base for enjoying a fairly nice area, close to the tube, restaurants and groceries, and Kensington Gardens, easy access for public transportation and Queensway. Its location was marvellous and absolutely perfect and the staff were amazingly nice people at the reception desk. A cool bonus was Urban Baristas, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

Newly renovated rooms with breakfast included, and modest restaurant. Unbeatable and nice position in London.

I liked perfectly clean and cheap room here with a shower as well as the bedroom. It met expectations.

I've had a really comfortable stay for short visit. Everything was perfectly fine, supper friendly staff, marvellous location adjacent to Bayswater and 5 from queensway as well as the underground. I had an immaculately clean and cheap room with nice looking bathroom.

The staff were polite and welcoming too.

Generally everything was fine. The location was marvellous and fab, around 10-15 minutes walk from Paddington. Besides, it was adjacent to trains and Hyde park as well as shops.

This is a hotel go-to for London! I would say it's excellent base for staying and exploring London. The efficient and respectful staff at the reception desk provides a smooth check-in. Besides, they have free wi-fi. The location is stunning, in a quiet area. You can relax at The Beachcomber Bar, located nearby.

A useful base for exploring London. Got room with street view. The restaurant was located within 600 feet🙂
