Had a real good stay of a Burns night, glad I've chosen it. Comforts of cosy king room were fabulous - armchairs, well enough space, and a coffeemaker. The staff was very amiable and particularly helpful, helped me a lot. The accommodation had a secluded location to local Hertfordshire villages. Further, it was really close to fine restaurants, the tube station for £2.50 and straight to Piccadilly Circus and the road network and London. Really enjoyed my stay.

Disappointing aspect was a bit small bathroom.

Well-kept and well presented place and excellent location just next door to all main areas and the quality of the food. Competent staff members in an efficient and cheerful manner by the receptionist. Cosy ambience. Complimentary and hearty breakfast with a wide range of meals.

The room was well furnished and brand-new and the views of the garden were magnificent. The location was stunning to the closest tube station.

Exceptional secluded location adjacent to park at the tube station for £ 2.50, comfortable restaurant, and the tube station for £2.50 and straight to Piccadilly Circus. Comforts of classic double room with a terrace were fabulous. The breakfast offered was great for toast which did n't appear.

Impeccably clean and charming old place, has splendid views over the gardens. The location is magnificent and absolutely perfect, the check in is friendly. Also, it's located 4 km from Harmondsworth Moor. It offers a beautiful gourmet restaurant and has patient and really caring staff.

Usual breakfast, it should be way much better.

Tried amazing pastries and bacon.

The hotel was in the secluded setting on the market. Didn't like when it was drizzly outside, went to The Good Catch to relax and grab some food. The rooms were tastefully decorated with all the usual comforts provided, the staff was really helpful. The breakfast was hot and hearty, pastries and bacon.

Particularly helpful team on the reception desk and the hall porter. The rooms were air conditioned, brand-new, and had armchairs, a trouser press, and an iron.

Our bed was a bit hard.

It was fantastic value with a Victorian décor. Need to add that the beautiful grounds view was a good bonus.

Stunning and exceptional location, it was so close to the restaurant from 7 pm to 11.45 pm, and garden and wide space. Visited Liverpool One Shopping Complex, one of the tourist spots, located a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. We had a well sized bedroom.

The stay here was enjoyable on Valentine's night for an Anniversary stay. It had plenty of meals for breakfast, including pastries, bacon, and tea. We had classic double room to ourselves with the bathroom, fabulous views over the lovely grounds, as for instance. The employees were caring and reasonably good. A subway station was located nearby the venue.

Wonderful location in Hadley Wood district so close to the market, well furnished and the outskirts of North London. Comfy bed, particularly well equipped bathroom and a coffeemaker, a trouser press, and an iron in the room.

The restaurant was very nice for lunch, we ordered very pleasant dishes.

The overall atmosphere was cosy, but some staff members were very unfriendly. We ate at a beautiful restaurant for both dinner and breakfast.

The hotel's location was perfect, just next door to at the end of the Picadilly Line, and the bar and restaurant areas. And an Emigration gallery was only 1 km from the accommodation.

The venue is exceptionally clean and reasonably spacious with incredibly attentive staff members. The restaurant food is fab, and the breakfast offered is good hot and hearty with an easy atmosphere for chatting and freshly cooked eggs, for instance. Friendly service, they provide a private parking and free Wi-Fi. Great to have wake up service and ironing free of charge.

Everything was spotless, exceptional location next to the garden and the wedding that was taking place, both the restaurant and the bar and the underground to Cockfosters which is about 25 minutes walk downhill coming back, lovely staff. I was here for 2 nights and ate at Michelin-starred restaurant with a good menu and a good breakfast.

The location unbeatable for Hadley Wood district, it is near an enchanting fountain right outside, the quiet and comfortable restaurant and a spectacular park with two national collections of plants/trees.

Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay for two nights and fantastic value, the hotel serves the purpose well. The breakfast was hearty and savoury, with view to the beautiful park and the staff was well-trained.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, but everything was lovely.

I thoroughly enjoyed pastries, bacon, and tea for full English breakfast, overall the food was excellent. The location offered was beautiful and fantastic not far from central London and North London Business Centres, built up areas and the M25 and major motorway and transport links to London. Also, the distance to Ferny Hill Farm was only 1 km.

Well-equipped and well decorated units and patient staff who was faultless in his customer service. A good choice of food at full English breakfast including pastries and bacon to order.

The food on offer at full English breakfast was amazing! I loved the very very nice area and stunning and peaceful location in the Cockfosters area. I ate in the gourmet restaurant nearby.

Loved to spend 1 day in our elegant cosy double room with a shower, the bar, as example. You could leave a car on-site. The location was unbeatable for traveling around Barnet, just off to the reception staff, other areas of London and Hertfordshire and the grounds.

Everything was simply really good. They offered us immaculate and spotless rooms with a free standing bath as well as good facilities.

The hotel is nicely presented and newly decorated; has great location and cleanliness. The staff are professional and caring and deserve a 4-star rating. It takes 5 mins to get to a bus station. Really enjoyed easy check-in and late check-out. Moreover, the parking is on-site. Brilliant stay, as always.
