The staff were all consistently courteous. The location was central, just next door to nearby underground, Hampstead Heath Nice cinema nearby and buses and the tube. Hampstead district was worth exploring.

Had pleasant stay for an extra 4 nights. The location was comfortable as it was close to restaurants and pubs. There was a good choice of restaurants and pub nearby.

It was an exceptionally nice location within walking distance of a bus stop. The staff was very amiable, the rooms were decent size.

It was an incredibly beautiful and peaceful place. The room was tidy and cheap with double beds, sash window, as example. An electric kettle, a refrigerator, and a cooker were a plus. The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect for traveling around London, very close to shops, all the transport modes and easy walk to Hampstead Heath, Haverstock hill and Camden Town.

Planned to see London major attractions and it was great place for visiting all of them. The staff was amicable and excellent when we had questions.

It made my trip to London a VERY PLEASANT experience. My room was cheap, also towels were fresh. I enjoyed to be here, everything was very good though the bathroom I had was really small. The staff was excellent, my every need was addressed.
