I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this 3 star hotel. Its location in the middle of the city was convenient. Had brunch in the Century, located nearby. The beds were extremely comfy and each neat room had central heating, an iron, and a TV.

Welcoming and amiable staff, spotless double room. Facilities - central heating, an iron with ironing board, and a TV.

Have spent our 1 night here lovely, it was exactly what we had in mind. The bedroom was brand-new and bright. Exceptionally comfortable beds, the staff were very amiable and affable.

Overall it was brand-new and reasonably large, with a private bathroom. The staff was competent at all levels. The hotel's location was comfortable and exceptionally nice, really close to the pub, Sandown racecourse, and the centre.

My favourite property in London. What an excellent place! Location close to the centre, train station and Sandown racecourse. Plus, walking distance to Hersham Riverside Park.

This hotel was handy base for exploring London, greatly enjoyed it. The staff was competent and helpful, always there to help. The double room was airy and perfect for what we needed.

Neat and airy room, a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the room. Location close to the racecourse, train station and the centre and amenities. Plus, 10 minutes drive from Garsons Garden Centre.

Good value, room was tidy, staff were lovely. The location of the property was marvellous, in the middle of the city. Also, there was Church of st Peter a minute walk from the hotel.

When we checked in, double room was ready. Location: the hotel was very close to the racecourse.

The room was airy and bright, with essentials required. Marvellous location - walking distance to everywhere we needed. Besides, the area was lovely, next to Church of st Peter. Enjoyed their downstairs bar. Had no problem using their convenient parking, the internet was free. The hotel met needs well, we would come here again.

The staff members were all welcoming and competent...

I had a very comfortable stay. Planned to see London major attractions and it was comfortable place for visiting all of them. The downstairs bar was nice.
