Everywhere was clean, room with a hair dryer, an iron, and a lounge was really newly decorated.

The rooms are newly renovated and decent size with coffee, frayed carpets, as for instance. The staff are amiable and efficient, managed the parking on-site.

Well-equipped room and comfortable bed, comfy sleep.

The location was incredibly comfortable, in what appeared to be an enclosed area and the interior design was nice. Besides, the property was 2 km away from Malden Golf Club. I had standard queen room which was brand-new, comfortable bed. It boasted splendid views of the garden.

Truly enjoyed our weekend in this nice looking and lovely historic hotel. The standard double room was nicely furnished with access to the garden, the bed was extremely comfy. The staff were happy to help and always had a smile.

Btw, the airport was 30 km away.

The hotel was fairly clean, facilities were really good, beautiful and incredible location really close to an exceptional sanctuary, Hampton Court, Kew Gardens, Richmond Park and river cruises, and Richmond Park for a walk. The staff were happy to help when I need it. No complains at all, really, had a really good stay in in town.

I booked airy standard queen room here with garden views, coffee, as example. The hotel was set in a secluded area very close to HRW airport, England and Kingston town centre/Centre of London/Rail Service. I've had a very relaxing stay in in town.

I had a standard king room it was immaculate. Everything here was great. All the staff was courteous and understanding, tackled my issues. I enjoyed hotel's brilliant location by taxi to the tournament. Moreover, it was near to gardens and trees, Warren House and Richmond Park.

No complaint, the venue met required needs, would definitely recommend it. Had 1 night in Kingston upon Thames, spending my time here lovely. There were complimentary internet and free parking available.

would recommend the venue, and i would stay here again. everything is perfect, particularly staff and food. the rooms are tastefully decorated with walk in shower. they offer central heating, an iron and an electronic key card. the property has an unbeatable location, close enough to the lovely richmond park, relaxing gardens. hampton wick district is worth your attention.
