Very impressed with budget double room. Fairly clean shared bathroom. The quiet and decent location for the price, very close to central London, Gatwick airport and the South coast, Croydon town centre which has excellent links to central London, Gatwick airport and the South coast and Wandle park and tram. Again, not far from Croydon Minster Church.

The location was unbeatable and good, the public spaces were fairly clean and the staff was amicable. We had a spacious bedroom.

The units were cosy and the staff were efficient people who also serves a receptionist. I greatly enjoyed views over street.

We had a comfortable time. The location in a pretty nice area was great and there were a supermarket and shops nearby. It was placed near a tram station.

Tidy accommodation, affable and helpful staff who also serves a receptionist. Good value for money room and immaculately clean bathroom with a hairdryer and fresh towels. Milk, butter, breads, cereal, and jam at breakfast. Close to a bus station, decent and unbeatable location. Found in a pretty quiet area.

Fine stay, as always. Clean hotel in a pretty building just off London for a very long time. Variety of goodies for breakfast.

We liked budget double room provided with the garden. We had a good stay at this low-budget hotel.

Efficient and informative staff of the venue who also serves a receptionist. I have stayed in budget queen room with the garden for 1 night. Having breakfast with slices of fresh bread, cereal, milk, butter and jam was a nice bonus;))

Well, Wi-Fi was quite slow.

The venue is fairly clean, with unbeatable and decent location really close to Wandle park as well as London for a very long time. Thank you for an excellent stay.
