Fabulous and fairly clean place, very approachable and nice staff especially the porter who brought our bags up the stairs to our 3rd floor room.

It was exceptionally clean, the staff was so hospitable, plus the service was very good.

Clean place with exceptional view out to the park. Marvellous and fantastic location with a tube station right next to the hotel.

It's recently renovated with comfy beds and amazing views.

It was in a very central setting to have an extra person stay there even if everything was fully booked. Also, the hotel was at a short distance from a large shopping centre.

We needed to have elevator.

The position was particularly good, next to a bus stop. Also, the area was busy.

I didn't find elevator, so was a little disappointed.

We have stayed here before and would stay here again, excellent little and functional hotel.

We were offered king room complete with proper storage space. The location was convenient on the main street so easy to find with lots of shops nearby.

This place is in a great location to shops bars restaurants. And it's nestled in a beautifully presented building really close to Oxford circus, and Hammersmith.

It was in a central location, next to shepherd's Bush underground which makes it very convenient for accessing London's attractions. The staff there were competent and responsive.

Fab food, very good service and great view out to the park. Good value for money room, with nice touches and nice decor. Professional and so hospitable staff, free wake up service and ironing available. Quiet location - very close to Westfield Shopping mall, central tube line, and eateries.

Had lovely stay for a short visit. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and immensely pleasant in case of questions. It was in a great location next to Shepherd's Bush Green. This hotel was in a vibrant area.

The bedroom was great little and light filled. The view to the park it had was exceptional. Particularly good location next to a bus stop, that was handy.

We got a room with a bathtub. It had an electric kettle and a fridge.

The hotel had a central setting near public transport. Plus, it was close enough to eating areas and tourist attractions, Shepherds Bush tube station and Westfield Shopping Centre, and station / buses.

I'd give it more than 4 stars, everything was brand-new. The staff was nice and unobtrusive, the room was vintage. It was in the very central location unfortunately in comparison to everything else.

Food was fab and I stayed in the king room, it was air-conditioned.

Everything was good, the staff were outstandingly accommodating and exceptionally pleasant. I got complimentary king room with modern touches as an upgrade, nice gesture. I truly enjoyed that it was newly renovated.

Enjoyed it from the moment we entered, recommend this place. Everything was perfect, had a real good stay for a short visit. Lots of food for breakfast, everything was great.

I think the hotel was fantastic little and functional, would stay here again. My room was good-sized with a mini-fridge, very good WiFi, and coffee. The location was marvellous, close to the train station, theatre and Westfield shopping center, a huge shopping mall, and Chinese restaurant or weatherspoons, in a busy area.

Every visit to London we like to stay here. The location convenient and top for Shepherds Bush district, it is near Portobello Rd market, many shops, including 24 hrs and the metro / tube station.

Overall had comfortable stay for a short visit. We found out good prices in the hotel. The location was brilliant and awesome - ease of access to Fitness First.

Had comfortable stay for a short visit and the weather was particularly warm. A queen room with a lovely view out to the park, had requested this in advance. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and pillows too. The staff were unobtrusive and courteous and the location was marvellous right next to Shepherd Bush tubes.

I had 1 night in London, spending the time here lovely. The hotel rooms were compact and stocked with a double bed, clean toilet plus shower. Marvellous and brilliant location on the tube made it easy to get to key attractions.

It was surely a brilliant stay for one night. Everything here was perfectly fine, and the weather was very warm, liked it.

It is a fabulous property located in Shepherds Bush district close to London, shopping center and restaurants for breakfast and dinner. They offer wake up calls and ironing at no cost too.
