Enjoyed my real good stay for fantastic service. The food was fabulous and the staff were top-class and helpful. The location seemed excellent to what s the best route to the airport. Further, it was right by the nightclub, a subway stop or two and the bar/restaurant.

The setting is unbeatable and super, very close to Leicester Square/China Town, and China Town and Soho, lovely area. Westminster Borough district is worth looking into. The breakfast is delicious and nice and the views of city are good.

The room was trendy and newly renovated with great facilities such as bluetooth speakers, a roll away bed, as example, met every demand.

The units were recently renovated and the staff were incredibly attentive and top-class people in customer service and friendliness. It was based in very very good building in an incredible location, close to the theatre. The breakfast was delicious, the check in was smooth.

Great modern place, hospitable staff from the doorman upwards. Wonderful central location, adjacent to Harrods, London for theatre, shopping and sightseeing and bistros. Again, walking distance to Water of Leith Walkway.

Overall rooms were nice modern and had a personal safe, an air conditioning, and a mini-bar. Everything seemed high quality, clean and the staff were incredibly attentive and top-class people from the doorman upwards.

Overall it was good modern and well-organised, with a separate bathroom. The bed was comfy, a bath worked well.

It was a stylish and quaint hotel in a lively area, just next door to convenient, most tourist spots and London moderately priced. Had excellent drinks in the disco bar in the evening. I did not want to leave there, had a perfect experience and would come back for sure.

That was cool and beautiful hotel set in nice enough area, very close to West End theatres as well as everything- museums. The bedroom was bright and luxurious. Liked view of city.

Fairly clean and the staff was brilliantly friendly and affable. This hotel was located in a very central area adjacent to the Square blasting music most of the day and night, Ines and Marina and London. The food they offered was fine, had a wide array of meals.

By and large, it was cosy base for sightseeing in London, had much fun and met absolutely friendly and affable staff in customer service and friendliness. It had particularly good location, right by Green / St James park. Also, London Transport Museum was located in the hotel's area.

Overall had really good stay on my birthday weekend. Absolutely perfect location short walk to the West End Theatre District, being able to walk to the majority of London's major attractions and the Centre of London, I felt safe. Moreover, it was not too far away from Trafalgar Square.

Magnificent central location next to London for a 3 day business trip, Chinatown, Piccadilly, lots of nightlife, great parks, shopping and landmarks within a 10-minute walk and the main attractions in central london. In the evening we went to Joy King Lau, located within a close distance from the hotel.

Pity, but the beds were a little small.

The location was marvellous and brilliant in a nice area, so close to the W London. Moreover, the hotel was situated only 1 km from a buzzing Theatre-district square.

When we visit London, like staying here. All in all, it's unique place that has exceptionally attentive and top-class staff in customer service and friendliness. The atmosphere of the hotel is wonderful. Have a drink at the disco bar.

The room was recently refurbished and trendy included an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge and a personal safe. The view was pleasant, the service was excellent. It was so sweet to get concierge service free of charge too.

I was given a new-fashioned and compact room with with a nice view, a king size bed plus the bedroom. The staff were exceptional and pleasant yet not intrusive.

The stay was special! The place was clean and staff was top-class and hospitable. The overall atmosphere was wonderful, nonetheless some staff members were not very helpful. My room in casual clothes was spotless.

The location was brilliant, just a short walk away from Mayfair. The beds were extremely comfy, the room was tidy with bath. The service was great, nothing too much trouble. Loved my stay at this unique and cool hotel and would come here again.

The hotel had a central position right by Covent Garden, Piccadilly Circus, Theatres, Regent Street, and many theatres, shopping areas in walking distance.

It was easy to get to big ben and piccadilly circus was also very close to this place. Taste the food in Bubba Gump Shrimp Co, you only need to walk 900 feet to reach it. 25 minutes by car from the airport. We greatly enjoyed the fact that we chose w london leicester square...
