The place was quiet and little and restaurant was nice. The staff were fantastic friendly all the time. Our visit was excellent, just what we had hoped for.

King room we stayed at was functional for 2 chairs. There were a high ceiling and coffee in our room.

The breakfast is excellent, and the location is fab close enough to shops, restaurants, pubs and public transport, free museum, parks, food and supermarket, and public transport. Make sure to get guest room with fans, a double bed, for example. Will be back, it's a quiet place.

As for me, the location was marvellous and fab, near Gloucester Road tube station and lots of cafes and shops, how to buy transportation tickets for optimal price and tube and Albert Hall. Also, such main attraction as Grassmarket was 2 km from this hotel. Got triple room with three beds, on-suite bathroom, as for instance as expected.

The staff were not so friendly, didn't expect that coming.

Good location in the superb area and it was a bonus to be right next to an underground station. The double room we stayed in was neat particularly in on-suite bathroom.

Good location as it's and just next door to Tube station that goes directly to H'row, Chelsea, and many restaurants. Also, it's few steps to St Jude's Church.

We were in a great location relatively near a Dinosaurs gallery. It was set in a vibrant area.

The location could n't be more magnificent close to public transport that takes you to the center in 10-15mins. Plus, it was right by the tube station and the Natural History Museum. It was a nice experience.

It made my trip to London a really comfortable experience. Walk from an underground station, the location was peaceful and pleasant, to picadilly circus. The hotel was in a quiet street. I was happy, the queen room I booked came with good size bathroom, a double bed and drooping curtains. The cafe was perfect for breakfast.

The location was incredible, you can visit Courtfield Gardens by walking. Also, it was next to restaurants and cafes.

I had a such great experience here, everything was wonderful, the location was charming so close to several grocery stores and restaurants, the museums, and many shops. I have stayed in double room with 3 single beds, drooping curtains, for instance for 3 nights. The staff was warm hearted and perfect all the time.

Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in London. I appreciated the place, it was clean & the staff were kind. The location was brilliant, for example, Victoria and Albert Museum was within walking distance of the hotel.

Would stay here again, the hotel was clean, and location in the heart of London was incredible. I thoroughly enjoyed that it was huge. The staff was accommodating and amicable and great to deal with. Nothing too much trouble, the property met the demands.

Would love to return, thanks a lot. We got room with a heating system, a private safe and an ironing set - excellent value for money. One could dine at restaurants such as ristorante vecchiomondo 5 minutes away.
