I asked for a comfort quadruple room and the one given was budget and fancy. The bed was very comfy and there were a hair dryer, a kettle, and a toaster. The location was marvellous and stunning because it was short walk to Aldgate underground, a mountain of rubbish piled up right outside and other main tube lines.

Good service was provided. Had opportunity to use ironing at no cost.

The staff were nice and the rooms were fancy and exceptionally clean. In general the service was friendly!

Got the same standard double room booked online with ironing board, a kettle, very clean bAthroom. Everything was excellant, nonetheless a few employees were very rude. Amazing and stunning location, close to Chinatown, loved it.

Exceptionally clean units with a kettle, the linen is stacked, as for instance, and the staff were nice. There were a microwave, an electric kettle, and refrigerators. The location was very central, perfect very close to the Tube.

Stunning very central location adjacent to Whitechapel, the tube and the bus stop and almost all attractions. Moreover, I went to the lake, it's 20 minutes walk away.

It's beautifully decorated and great value hotel at an excellent price. Hot chocolate, coffee, and tea for breakfast are a plus. The location is amazing, and the staff is amazingly efficient. Again, the venue is within 25 minutes' walk of Limehouse.

We think it's an interesting place for staying in London. The breakfast offers a huge variety of chocolate, coffee and tea. The staff are very attentive and excellent, the location is perfect. If you walk 15 minutes, you'll find Whitechapel metro station.
