The location was particularly good, very close to underground station, restaurants, shopping and 2 tube stops and Vancouver Studios, which is about 5 minutes walk, in a central area. The service was exceptional! The staff was attentive, empathetic all the time. The location was perfect for traveling around London, near to a central area and Kensington Palace and Portobello Road.

Came in London to relax and have fun, this traditional hotel was great base for doing it. The location in a lively area was particularly good and unbeatable and there were a market and shops nearby. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Kings Head Pub.

I thoroughly enjoyed the location that was very central and just next door to many shops and restaurants. It was right next to Royal China, where you can have dinner.

It is an exceptionally comfortable property located in Westminster Borough district close enough to bars and restaurants as well as two tube stations, on different lines. The units are compact, airy on level 4. The staff ensures you have a really comfortable time, they are pleasant and really good.

The location was marvellous, around 10-15 minutes walk from a Kensington palace. It was about 20 km from the airport.

My single room was cheap, neat. Shower facilities, a hair dryer and bath sheets were a plus.
