The room we booked was tidy with shared bathroom. There were coffee/tea making machines and a refrigerator too.

The staff - some of them were very unpleasant.

Ideal and clean accommodation with great and absolutely perfect location near Oxford Street, Kensington Gardens, as well as train and tube stations. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the suite, plus an electronic key card, coffee/tea making machines, and a TV set.

Appreciated the stay, it was great in a short stay business trip. The staff was welcoming and the place was fairly clean. The room was neat, the location was marvellous very central. Plus, Saint Mary's Cathedral was located in the immediate surroundings. The restaurant was good, with excellent dishes.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was not very good.

The whole building was clean and had a family atmosphere. All of the staff was generally nice and polite. We booked a family room with a sparkling clean bathroom. The service here was good. Great and perfect location in a lovely area of London was a plus.

The location was marvellous and lovely - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. This hotel was located in a good area. The venue was placed within 20 km of the airport.

The location is good and ideal, 2 km from a royal museum. The suite is airy with a share bathroom, the bedroom, as example.

The hotel was in a very central location very close to Paddington station ensuring easy access to trains etc. Also, Australian War Memorial was in walking distance. The breakfast was reasonably priced with real orange juice, loved it.

Liked my warm stay in a short stay business trip. That hotel was in a marvellous location, near to tube. Plus, it was near an underground rail station as well as Heathrow airport by Heathrow express. I had fine food for breakfast with real orange juice.
