Enjoyable stay, lovely little and modest place for holiday. Attentive staff, good services with free wake up calls and ironing. Good breakfast for a Continental option and perfect location.

Brand-new room and air conditioned with much better than usual storage.

I enjoyed the continental breakfast, astonishing variety. The location was amazing and fantastic, close to buses to Marble Arch, Hyde parks and underground stations, and restaurants, Portobello Road market and Kensington Garden, in a nice quiet area. And it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Jaipur of India, ate there couple of times.

The hotel's location was great, close enough to Tube and buses, and the museums in South Kensington. Also, it was near a Kensington palace.

Fairly clean place with courtyard views and obliging and very good staff. Tidy and bright room, exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. Clean private bathroom.

Good service, decent value for money, just what was needed. The rooms were brand-new and great-sized with a mini-frig, air conditioning, for example, I enjoyed that.

The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect, with a tube station very close to the hotel. Everyone we encountered was consistently courteous. We stayed in standard room with a good bed.

Lots of food for a continental breakfast. Functional rooms with lovely beds and pleasant views. Great and unbeatable setting and restaurants and pubs near to the hotel. Also near to an underground station.

There was lots of awesome meals. Modern room with a kettle, tea and coffee making equipment, liked it.

We were very pleased with the beautifully decorated room on five floors. The location to the museums in South Kensington was perfect for us.

The room was recently renovated and a decent size included climate control, a mini-fridge, and a storage space. The staff was exceptionally polite as we expected.

Excellent staff, excellent services, and magnificent location near to underground, Queenways and Baywater, and the tube and West End. The rooms with shower & basin, the bedroom, a large bed. Interesting design.

Overall it was large and functional with a kingsize bed. There were climate control, a kettle, and two windows in our room. Very close to a subway station, the location was marvellous. Very courteous staff, answered all questions.

All in all everything was perfect, had a very nice stay for two nights. Had the standard room which was stylish with a bath. The location was marvellous in the safe area.

I have stayed in the standard twin room with all the facilities expected. The hotel staff is well organised and friendly efficient.

The venue was modest, I enjoyed the location not far from many bars and restaurants, hyde park and the underground, and the footpath outside, and courtyard views. The location was particularly good near public transport connections.

Stayed in air conditioned standard twin room with a kingsize bed, a nice tub, for example. Our accommodation was set in a central location close enough to kensington gardens and hyde park festival, Hyde Park and tube station, and Queensway tube, excellent value fir central London.

The venue was excellent value, I enjoyed the stay and the location was excellent just off local shops & restaurants, Hyde Park and Queensway Station and 2 bus stops to West End and Victoria Coach Station. I had astonishing food for breakfast for a Continental option.

The daily service was exceptional. I got satisfactory breakfasts with berries, several varieties of food, fresh fruit. The staff were competent and attentive and made me feel welcome.

Everything was very good, had a real good stay for short visit. The location was perfect - ease of access to Elfin Oak. And close to restaurants and bars, it was a bonus.

We had a continental breakfast with lots of options. Near to a tube station, everything was great for us.

The room was airy and cheap, had multi-channel TV, ironing facilities and a writing desk. I liked an inner courtyard view, a very comfy bed.

This hotel is equal to 3 stars. A suite has everything you need. Queensway subway station is within walking distance of the property.

a 15-minute walk from the royal albert hall. easy walk to the restaurant halepi. bayswater neighborhood was definitely worth visiting.

Setting so close to paddington and convenient access to royal albert hall. Location of the hotel was 20 minutes on foot from royal oak railroad station.
