This hotel was set in a residential area close enough to very nice quiet area, the restaurants and a tube station or overground train station. And it's a 10-15 minute walk from Alif Grill, ate there once or twice. They gave us great value and immaculately clean queen room with a bathroom. There were tea/coffee making equipment, a multi-channel TV, and a radio when we arrived.

Its location was absolutely perfect, very close to the Tottenham stadium and a tube station.

Stayed here for 4 nights and greatly enjoyed our choice. The double room we were given had a work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and a TV. The location was residential, close to public transport, a tube station, and tottenham hotspur stadium. Also, the hotel was 10 minutes drive from Northern Quarter bars.

It was fairly clean, I would happily return. As for me, the location was peaceful and unbeatable, so close to very nice quiet area, Wood Green, and a large supermarket. There was cafe The Lordship Hub Cafe, that I found within 20 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Make sure to get double room with bathroom as well as Netflix. A microwave, coffee and tea making facilities, and a refrigerator are a nice touch.

This hotel was situated in the residential position. The staff was affable when needed. Too bad that we didn't have time, but we would use them next time.

Beautiful and perfect units with Netflix, bathroom, as example. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Good location a short walk to a bus stop, easy to get around. Walking distance to a big supermarket and supermarkets across the street. Enjoyable base for exploring London.
