Everything was good, including amicable staff and perfect location very close to the tube. The triple room we were given had a private safe, central heating, and an iron.

Overall, it's excellent base for exploring London attractions. Nothing to complain about with the hotel!

By and large, it was superb base for sightseeing in London, had much fun. The idea to include fridges, a toaster and an oven in the king room was nice. Our bedroom was lovely and the staff were welcoming. Location: the hotel was right by the subway, shops & tube station and central London.

Some of the staff were kind of rude.

we only slept at the triple room, but enjoyed it. we had a comfortable bed, a hairdryer and bath sheets.
