The place was clean and staff was pleasant and exceptional. We had a very positive experience.

The staff we met were not very friendly.

The hotel was lovely welcoming, with fab location very close to all the tourist sites of London. The service was great, including an early check-in.

Top-class, air-conditioned rooms with comfortable beds.

The location was great, a short walk to such places like a theatre and a palace. It was good to be 1 km away from The Good Catch, serving short-orders.

Top-class functional room with a reasonably large bathroom. The English breakfast with nice food, good restaurant.

Warm and great breakfast at 10:20, free soft drinks. The rooms with heating end of Jan, balloons, coffee/tea.

Amazingly nice staff depending on shift, functional and silent room.

We were moved to a standard double room and had a coffee table, coffee/tea making facilities, and a safe box. The location of the hotel was marvellous and brilliant, convenient to several tube stations.

The breakfast was warm and lovely with tater tots and pastries and the restaurant food was great.

Clean and nicely presented accom with absolutely perfect and incredible location really close to tube stations and walking distances to local theatres, London as a tourist and Chinatown, Regent Street, Underground, Lego and M & M, cinemas, casino. Private parking nearby provided. The easy check-in process too.

Staff is genuinely helpful and incredibly attentive and you can park your car nearby.

Immaculate, perfect room complete with the bathroom, coffee maker, for example.

Clean hotel, services were helpful and location was great and unbeatable close to everything. The breakfast was warm and great, had a wide range of options and the food was healthy. The room was absolutely fabulous, provided with iron and size of the junior suite. The staff was lovely, they were always available.

Whatever you need is this absolutely fabulous room with tea, the heating worked, as for instance. The breakfast is great with sometimes lack of pieces and juice, as example, lots to choose from.

Fairly clean place with nice hot and lovely breakfasts. Especially helpful and amazingly attentive staff, easy check in.

Great location, a theatre and a palace were a short walk to the hotel. In Planet Hollywood, located nearby I had healthy meals. The food in the attached restaurant was appetising and excellent.

A standard double room has basic facilities you need. The bathroom is fairly new, the beds are good sized, the staff are very efficient!

The breakfast was nice hot with fruit and sometimes lack of pieces, for instance, we were pleasantly surprised.

Tidy and reasonably priced place with attentive staff depending on shift. Well-equipped and well-appointed rooms with ac and superb bar area.

The stay was perfect; nothing too much trouble. Stayed for 2 nights in this lovely welcoming place, loved that. Overall it was good sized with bathtub. The staffs were amiable & amicable. The service was all in all terrific.

Soundproof, functional room with bathtub, everything was modern. We were pleased to have a safe box and a writing desk. The entire staff was very courteous and immensely pleasant.

The service was great, including a good hot and gorgeous breakfast with juice, tater tots, fruit. The location was incredible for traveling around London, right by the Theatre, Leicester square, Picadilli, Regent Street and many more attractions, and China Town, Leicester Square & the underground. Everything met what was needed, I would come here again.

The venue was set in the very central position near Buckingham Palace, Downing Street, Horse Guards Parade, London Eye. I ate at the attached restaurant near the hotel.

Unbeatable and stunning location near to transports, good restaurants in the local area. Plus, walking distance to an art museum. Overall very very good stay for a perfect vacation.

The staff was ACCOMMODATING, provided a smooth check-in and a late check-out. The room was compact with a very comfy bed and a shower and a hair dryer in the bathroom.

The venue is unbeatable and lovely, its location is awesome, close to the tube, the centre of London and the casinos, theatres and China town. The standard king room is immaculate with the A/c, the bathroom, as for instance.

Units on lower floors. Great facilities there.

Standard queen room was the best. Location: the hotel was just next door to central London, and Leicester Square.

Its staff and location were good, and for us everything was excellent. The location was marvellous and best possible, within a close distance from a cantilevered observation wheel. Low budget hotel set in the fairly nice area...

It had very central location close to Prince of Wales Theatre. The hotel was a handy base for enjoying a nice area.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, but everything was excellent. The staff were pleasant, had a great attitude. The bathroom was amazing, with a bathtub.

We had huge room with a really big comfortable bed.

The location seemed brilliant and best possible right in the heart of everything. Moreover, it was near China Town as well as shops and restaurants. Stayed in standard queen room which was perfect for me. The bed was extremely comfy; and there was a rain douche.

The employees were welcoming and attentive and offered good services. Its location within walking distance of South Bank was incredible and prime.

The airport was 15 km away from here, handy location. The check in was early, the staff was amicable and excellent.

we find it great value for money in london. the bed was good, we enjoyed it. besides, we parked the car nearby. paid 15 gbp per person per day for breakfast, totally worth it.

Bed was spacious, room was lovely, the staff was attentive. Adjacent to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. It's just a short walk away from Piccadilly Circus subway station, really enjoyed that, easily traveled around the city.
