Overall - grand old place with competent staff who appeared to be duty manager. Magnificent and absolutely perfect location close to transport with views of Kensington gardens.

Reliable classy property with amazingly nice and accommodating staff who appeared to be duty manager. Exceptionally comfortable beds in our standard double room. Clean bathroom with a bath. Stunning, incredible location in the upscale area. Again, not far from a 40-acre recreational lake. 20 km from the airport.

The location of the hotel was very central, just off shops and tube as well as a good tube and bus service and other restaurants and cinema. The staff was very polite and exceptional and gave some great recommendations.

The location is incredible and stunning, it's so close to close to transportation, and a pub to wind down in after a hard day of touring.

The bathrooms are not very clean.

The location was marvellous in a lovely area, very close to Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, Kensington, West End, Victoria, and the bus stop, as well as the Lancaster & Queensway tube stations. I had impressive, luxury room complete with ceiling windows, bathrooms, for instance. Everything here was wonderful, I would come here again.

We had 1 enjoyable day here, can just recommend the place. Everything was nice, met requirements, and the staff were particularly helpful and attentive people who appeared to be duty manager. The breakfast was free - a huge variety of dishes. The location seemed excellent and perfect close to the Underground.

Good service, charming old place. A huge variety of amazing options for meal. Nicely decorated, compact units provided with fridge, a sumptuous 4 poster bed plus the bathroom. All in all absolutely perfect location, short walk to Kensington Gardens metro and buses and close to transportation. Besides, very convenient to Peter Pan Statue.

Top quality place and a nice size and well heated room. Overall excellent location close to Lancaster metro and Hyde park, and a Subway. Situated only 1 km from Queen Caroline's Temple.

The place was clean and homely, it had exceptionally nice staff who appeared to be duty manager. The food was great - a wide array of options. Magnificent and incredible location in a lovely area of London right opposite Hyde Park, met requirements.

Thoroughly enjoyable experience there. Charming old and very peaceful accommodation with incredible setting close enough to bus stations and metro stations, the park and the Central line, and very close to Kensington Gardens. Cosy rooms, free and marvellous breakfast. Bonus point for a safe, central heating, and an iron.

Got the same compact standard queen room on the topmost level booked online, truly enjoyed that. The location in an upscale area was marvellous.

The hotel was placed in the central location to Hyde park entrance.

The breakfast was pretty decent and sensational, the staff was lovely, the grounds were fairly clean. The room was perfect and what's more - included a hair dryer, toiletries, and shower caps. The location was great and fab for first time visitors to London. It was a lovely area, a brilliant place for me. Had amazing dishes in a nice restaurant. I had a decent stay and would come here again!

Fairly clean marble bathroom. Magnificent location in the lovely quiet area, close enough to shops and tube, two Central Line tube stations, and London during one of the hottest weeks on record. Again, walking distance to a royal museum.

Really enjoyed how charming old and very peaceful the property was and its attentive staff who appeared to be duty manager. The rooms were budget and nicely decorated with a seperate electric heating. There was variety of amazing meals. No reason to complain, the venue exceeded all expectations.

Would stay here again if we go to London, truly enjoyed it. Everything is nice here. The breakfast is very decent, the room is very good sized with a gorgeous view of hyde park. The price is £ 79.

All in all, it's delightful place that has wonderful staff who appeared to be duty manager. Make sure you stay in the standard queen room with bathrooms, the park view, as for instance. They have a good choice of meals to choose from, the food is nice. We would come here again, nothing too much trouble, truly enjoyed this hotel.

Views are awful.

Charming property, has wonderful staff who appeared to be duty manager. Impressive unit with 2 single beds. Lots of nice food at breakfast time. Fab amazing location, far to the underground. Based not far from tube station and bus as well as Heathrow airport.

Free and marvellous breakfast for the start of the day. Very good sized room and wonderful view of Kensington gardens. The location incredible and good very close to the underground station.

The property was pleasant with incredibly nice staff who appeared to be duty manager. Asked for standard twin room and it was spotless and budget on the topmost level. The location was marvellous, relatively near Kensington. And we were just next door to two Central Line tube stations, and the centre in less than 10min.

We did not want to leave and would love to stay here again. Stunning location and clean place, we greatly enjoyed amazingly nice and accommodating staff. Had good sleep at the standard queen room with bath and shower. Location: the hotel was very close to a fantastic Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park, underground and Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. It also was near to tube station n also convenient to use bus.

It has absolutely perfect and incredible setting near to tube station. You'll need 10 minutes to walk to Island Grill & Bar with nice drinks.

The place was overall clean and CHARMING OLD, had exceptionally welcoming and attentive staff who appeared to be duty manager. The unit we got was a nice size and compact with levels of cleanliness, a view to Hyde Park, for example. The location was magnificent and perfect, to Paddington central station, convenient to go everywhere.

Sadly, but there was rubbish in some areas.

There were compact rooms with a gorgeous view of hyde park. I appreciated that there were a work desk, coffee/tea makers and television. The location was magnificent to festival early.
