Fantastic breakfast, best ever had, with the orange juice, options for vegetarians and fresh fruits.

The service was all in all exceptional. We got room with nice decor and a beautifully designed bathroom to relax. Excellent and perfect location, the staff were friendly efficient.

Generally, greatly enjoyed this well-run accommodation with service-minded staff on shift.

The breakfast was large and freshly prepared, the check in was easy. The room was brand-new, with smoke detectors and spectacular views of Hyde park. The location was excellent and absolutely perfect - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

The bed was very very comfy and the room was good sized and beautifully maintained. The staff were top-class and caring and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge. It was in a central location, to the underground tube stations.

High-class and fairly clean hotel with amazingly attentive staff and impressive views over Hyde park. Good and ideal location, extremely close to a national gallery. A very nice restaurant and a lounge bar available.

Quirky hotel, comfortable beds, high-class rooms. Top-class very efficient employees on shift. Stunning setting, just next door to the center and Kensington Gardens which is an oasis in the city. Plus, a short way from Liverpool Central Library.

The standard double room was air-conditioned with a nice view over hyde park and the location was excellent and unbeatable. Exceptional service offered in this hotel.

Functional rooms and service-minded staff - fantastic little hotel. Location - magnificent and perfect close to London for the National Brass Band Championships at the Royal Albert hall as well as very close to Oxford street. Lounge bar with alcoholic drinks. Simply no reason to complain, real good stay.

The rooms were brand-new and great-sized, with comfortable beds. The location was absolutely perfect and nice as it was close to a subway station. Besides, a scientifically spellbinding museum was 2 km away from the property.

It's a stylish low budget hotel nestled in a functional style building. Caring staff with one member of staff, everything is very good. The location is stunning and decent, 2 km from Victoria and Albert Museum. A nice touch is also the welcome beverages in the lounge bar.

Tbh, had a very pleasant stay on a previous business trip. We were pleased to find new-fashioned and compact rooms at this cheap hotel. The breakfast was always delicious, liked it. The venue had incredible and handy location near Hyde park and Kensington gardens, tube station and London. Plus it was 10 mins drive from Serpentine.

When I am in London, I like staying here. The location is excellent and perfect, within easy walking distance of Royal Albert Hall. And it's really close to Kensington Gardens park, and next to many restaurants.

It is a well priced and good value property located in Westminster Borough district next to the buss stops and underground station, Harrods and Knightsbridge, and Hyde Park and Abertopolis museums. This place is in a particularly good and perfect location in London city centre.

Every time in London, I choose this place. It has amazingly attentive staff on shift and good and ideal location to the parks. And it's nestled in a very good building not far from public transport and restaurants, main sights of London, and park and tube station.

Thanks for the really good stay for the first 2 nights of our stay. It has peaceful and prime location and good parking, and it's just off Hyde Park, London, the center. Moreover, getting to the lake on foot takes 15 minutes.

A warm and fine room provided with comfortable beds as well as a bath. All the staff was attentive, fixed my issues...

Double room with a view. Lots of facilities like: an electric kettle, climate control and a personal safe. Marvellous location just a walking distance from Queensway Tube. Based not far from shops and Queensway.

The location was brilliant and easy for exploring this good area, just next door to London. Standard double room with a shower, had basic facilities we needed.
