Provided full English breakfast. The hotel had a very central setting by the rail line right outside.

The staff was willing to help and provided local information. The breakfast was hearty and with great options, the staff was amazingly nice and exceptionally accommodating.

The breakfast was well priced with full assortment, appreciated it.

My stay was really really nice for 1 or 2 nights. The staff were amazingly kind, the full English breakfast with a good vegetarian option was savoury. Its location was fab, near other popular tourist attractions, and restaurants, movie theaters and so on.

Everything was really good during 2 days, loved its comfortable location near to Very close to railway line and Waterloo station, all tourist attractions and train stations, and rail station. Our experience was really good from the moment we checked in, would stay here again.

The location was central, near to the tourist attractions, the Westminster Bridge and Royal Festival Hall. Also, a victorian museum was at a short distance. My single room was themed with a view.

Comfy bed in the twin room, plus a hair dryer, an air conditioner, and a safe. Location: great and fab, not far from Fuller's Pub, the tube and Waterloo station and the London Eye & Westminster Bridge.

Fabulous venue, well presented food, amazing location to two nearby eateries. Very impressed with twin room with complimentary drinks too.

Everything was modern, including pleasant staff and magnificent location right next to Waterloo tube station so easy to get around. The full English breakfast was included.

Everyone who worked there was very polite and welcoming. The accommodation had a very central location near to the metro line. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved Lambeth district.

It's neat with luxury bathrooms.

We had a themed guest room with 4 windows, bathroom, comfy beds. Pancakes, fruit, and scrambled eggs for breakfast were much appreciated.

Travelled with my granddaughter, spent 1 night here and had a very comfortable stay. The staff were nice and was willing to help until I checked out. The location was great and lovely, in the tavern at the end of the bar and the interior design was nice. Also, it was close to Gay Village.

The hotel was in a stunning location near big sightseeing like London Eye, Big Ben and so on, the communal areas and London attractions. Besides, it was within walking distance of Albert Square. The bedroom was cheap and trendy. The bathroom was good-sized and the bed was very comfy.

Simply no reason to complain, excellent stay. Quaint and lively place to stay while in London. Savoury and tasty breakfast with a fab atmosphere by all and fruit, as for instance and friendly customer service.

Quirky, fairly clean venue with perfect location adjacent to 10 minutes walk from Southbank with plenty of restaurants nearby and attractions such as the London eye.

The breakfast was savoury with pastries, pancakes and great vegetarian option, and also the staff were all pleasant.

We appreciated to be here for a weekend and will be back. The location was marvellous and lovely and the room was clean. Visited few places in the centre, within walking distance of the hotel.

The room was big size, it had tea/coffee, a writing desk, and a chair. The bed was very comfy; and there was a bathtub.

The location was good for walking around an iconic riverside observation wheel. The area was busy short walk to main railway line, Trafalgar Square, and the railway tracks from Waterloo East.

Had 1 night in London, spending my time here really good. The staff were dedicated and lively and was willing to help, if required. The breakfast was savoury and hearty with pastries and fruit, as for instance, and the downstairs bar was a plus. The location was excellent for walking around Waterloo. The area was very friendly near to a free London Pride, the Westminster Bridge and Waterloo station, and trains around 5 am.

The venue is perfect, clean and the location is excellent and unbeatable near the centre of London, all London attraction and across the road. A nice touch is also the cool beverages in the downstairs bar. Thanks for perfect 10/10 time here!

Great value and lovely little venue, ideal location adjacent to the railway line that went on all night, and Waterloo stn, loved our stay. We stayed in a themed queen room with the bedroom, nice toiletries, comfy beds.

The rooms were well heated and reasonably large and the service great.

Had a quiet 1 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. The staff was willing to help, friendly check-in and the room was recently renovated and comfortable modern. This was a good location just next door to the South Bank Centre, all the attractions of the Southbank and many eateries, shops nearby. Plus, Waterloo was located in the immediate surroundings. Really enjoyed the downstairs bar.

We liked the inside of the twin room, it featured a comfortable decor. Efficient check-in, just what we needed. Its location was incredible and decent close to station.

The location was incredible and fab for exploring this nice area, next to Waterloo train station, tube. They gave us a compact and unique room with nice decorations, comfy beds, complementary bottled water.

the breakfast was hearty and perfect, the check in was early. the unit we got was compact with wifi and a lovely shower plus mini fridge. the location was incredible, not too far from an art museum.

Actually everything was perfect. I have stayed in guest room for 2 nights, it was complete with ear plugs and good sized bathroom plus generous tea. Cereal and pastries served for breakfast were EXCEPTIONAL. The location was decent and easy - ease of access to a public park.

Room was stylish and available with fresh towels, tea, for instance. The staff were efficient and caring! The location was handy, for example, an art museum was not too far from the hotel. Besides, it was at a moderate distance from downtown, that worked for us.

Magnificent views, and the location is incredible and handy not far from the railway station, the pub, Underground rail system.

Had very lovely stay for 1 or 2 nights and the weather was such warm. The place was well priced. The staff was willing to help, every need of guests is catered for. King room was en suite with comfy bed. The location was fab, near to Underground rail system and the tube station, in a very quiet area. I loved to spend time in the fantastic downstairs bar.

The staff were excellent during 2 nights we stayed there. We were offered double room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a laptop-size safe and a writing table which were very good.

Direct connection to southbank centre. Staff was excellent and we liked our stay. Tooting neighborhood was definitely worth visiting...

All in all a great experience. The hotel was placed really close to many main attractions and within 15 minutes walk from coca cola london eye.
