Freshly prepared breakfast, lots of options available. Absolutely perfect and excellent location not far from marina, main areas in Western London and the Waters Edge for a number of years now with friends, could not be better.

I was given an a nice size room with the picture above, coffee making facilities plus bedroom. The location was comfortable and handy, good in the restaurant was lovely, the garden was lovely.

Fresh selection at breakfast including milk, croissants, yoghourt, and jam. Especially helpful and attentive employees in a very inappropriate manner for a hotel owner and reasonable facilities.

Compact unit with breakfast. The great location for the price, next to the restaurant for evening meal, the Grand Union canal from London to Birmingham and Legoland for the day.

We appreciated rooms on the water.

Make sure you stay in the standard queen room with the view of the garden. The food is reasonably priced, greatly enjoyed continental breakfast.

The room was a nice size and well-equipped with the fridge, pull out bed, for instance, very good service. The breakfast was fresh made, with a huge variety of meals. We had a very good stay in a long time.

The stay here was very good out of service for ages. An electric kettle and refrigerators in my standard double room were a very thoughtful addition. Its location nice to watch the boats go by was perfect and convenient.

The staff was not very helpful.

My 1 night in Hillingdon were excellent. Stunning location and nice staff were a definite plus. Easily reached Mamma Mia, located not too far from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there. It offered top-notch service and perfect food too.

The rooms were modern, the beds were good.

The pleasant and welcoming staff provided all the necessary info. I ate at an outstanding restaurant with good well priced food. The view was lovely, the service was excellent.

The place was friendly and had extremely friendly and affable staff in a very inappropriate manner for a hotel owner, enjoyed the stay. The suite on the water had basic facilities you need. Exceptionally nice location, London Heathrow airport was 10 km away. Also, the area was nice quiet.

We stayed in an executive queen room on shower hot water tap temperature shown as 38c. The food was amazing and the location was excellent.

This place is little and exceptionally comfortable and the stuff are very polite. Every time we stay in Hillingdon, like to stay here.

The location in a nice quiet area was perfect and there were a market and shops nearby. The breakfast was fresh with fresh milk in the fridge, cheese plus ham all very tasty to choose from.

That was good little hotel set in lovely peaceful area, right by the Grand Union canal from London to Birmingham over 6 days, Very close to Legoland : and an equally idyllic pub / restaurant. My room was new-fashioned, had a fairly clean bathroom. An electric kettle and a fridge were available too. The location was particularly good, close to all interests. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby.

Booked standard queen room, that included a work desk, coffee/tea making facilities and television. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the balcony had magnificent views.

The location was magnificent, for example, Cowley Hall Recreation Ground was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. Besides, we were close to restaurants and pubs.

The location was particularly good, near the boats and the interior design was modern. Moreover, it's right by London, the restaurant and a good pub. Standard queen room I stayed at was modern with shower.

The staff was welcoming - I would come here again. I lovely spend 1 night in Hillingdon. Apart from that, West was 5 minutes' drive away. The standard queen room was airy. There was plenty of food for breakfast, it was splendid! Got ironing free of charge, not bad too.

I got new-fashioned room with 2 queen beds. The staff were accommodating, handy location on the river bank. Local fast food option Cowley Fish Bar was 5 minutes walk away.

My family and I appreciated being there. Btw, it was overlooking garden. It was surely a fine stay out of service for ages.

Disappointing aspect was cold bathroom.

We liked hotel's location and views. There's a great selection of restaurants to choose from, like Pizza go Go, set within 10 minutes walk or so.

Everything is very good, especially the service and amenities. Food was outstanding and alright.

Little britain lake was within easy reach. The hotel was really close to Greenford train station:)))
