This hotel was perfect and quiet with helpful staff from "depressed" member of staff. Ideal location to Richmond Tube station, and the rooms were tastefully decorated and decent size.

Nice and ideal location for visiting pubs and restaurants. Great-sized and absolutely perfect units for value.

I've been here for 2 nights, the breakfast was amazing and absolutely superb with nuts & seeds, pains au chocolat and Eggs Benedict. The staff was very amiable and attentive, offered exceptional services.

The rooms are fairly quiet for value. Would consider staying here again, greatly enjoyed its brilliant location.

The location was brilliant and handy, a short walk from Christ Church. Easy to get to a bus station, as it was close to the venue. Every member of the staff was pleasant. They gave us a king room with coffee/tea making, coffee plus the wooden-framed bed.

The location was easy - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Distance to the airport was just 20 km. The staff was attentive and efficient, everything was fine. We liked rooms in our bedrooms.

The breakfast was delicious and overall our stay was excellent! Fashionable rooms had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, ironing facilities and an iPod docking station.

we were happy to find faanoos 200 m away, where we could eat. this hotel met needs! we stayed here to visit east sheen common that was not far from the property. location, a short walk to all attractions.
