Very impressed with superior double room. Great and perfect location, an easy walk to everywhere. Plus, 15 minutes drive from Staines Moor Country Park.

Liked how the quadruple room was arranged when we arrived. We had a private bathroom.

The setting was great and absolutely perfect, not far from the centre, and pubs.

Every time we stay in Richmond, like to stay here. The location is handy, 1 km from Richmond Castle. Also, it is so close to the centre of Richmond and Down to earth pub. The hotel staff is VERY PLEASANT and helpful.

The room we had included coffee/tea making equipment, ironing facilities and TV with DVD player. Location: the hotel was just off Down to earth pub and the centre of Richmond.
