The setting of hotel was great, in such a' tourist trap' area. Besides, it was 15 min drive to Longford Pump.

The staff was all pleasant. The breakfast was gorgeous and really tasty with 1 item a la carte and great view, as for instance, we were pleasantly surprised.

Possibly the best and really nice stay for one night. Top-class units with very comfortable bed.

Modern and soundproof rooms had facilities required. The location to the Coliseum was marvellous and brilliant for us.

They provided excellent service. Spacious bedroom. All in all great and fab setting just next door to covent garden or Lesture square as well as many tourist sites and shopping.

Sincerely, it was a great stay for five nights. I had the family king room which was huge and trendy.

The king room was very pretty and beautiful with separate shower, the bathroom, as for instance. The staff was gorgeous, charming, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay mainly because of them. This great hotel had a very central setting in the sea of London hotels. Moreover, it's adjacent to theatre/palace, theatres, museums and department stores, and subway.

The room was top-class and contemporary with separate bathroom and splendid views. The location couldn't be more excellent and unbeatable on all the sites they sell through. Enjoyed our real good stay for five nights.

Facilities were great, nonetheless Wi-Fi was bad.

I was here for 1 night and ate at primary restaurant for breakfast or dinner. It was in the very central location in walking distance to many areas.

The restaurant was beautiful for dinner, we ordered tasty dishes. It was high-class, with a comfortable bed and a Nespresso coffee machine, a hair dryer, and a chair. The check-in was early, we enjoyed roof top bar.

It was a really really nice stay, luxury place. We only stayed here for 2 nights, as we didn't have time, even so everything was second to none. Very central location was a plus. Besides, it was near London downtown. What's more, there was a main station near the hotel.

Unbeatable location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Buckingham Palace. Lovely staff, magnificent room with all the amenities, wine and nice mini bar.

It made my trip to London a very good experience. Stayed for 1 night in this lovely relaxing place, enjoyed that. The room was contemporary, high-class and complete with refrigerator, a bath, spectacular views. The staff were well-trained and extremely helpful and food was outstanding. The hotel had an absolutely perfect location a walking distance from Prince of Wales Theatre.

As for me, the area was really busy.

Perfectly clean and updated unit with including robes and a bath plus the most comfortable bed.

The units are soundproof, modern with an excellent walk in shower and modern decor. The venue has great location in Trafalgar Square across from the National Gallery. All in all they offer excellent service.

Overall it was a great stay for five nights. The hotel was in a brilliant and exceptional location, in the evening after we had been to the theatre.

Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in London. Lively place, it was fairly clean and had hospitable and respectful staff who go above-and-beyond to provide great service. The hotel had a top location near Heaven. There was a rooftop restaurant nearby. I loved to be near a main station.

An enchanting hotel in London with pleasant staff on the front reception desk. Reasonable and rich breakfast selection for all tastes with overcooked bacon, omelette and a cocktail. Very central location, just a short walk away from Houses of Parliament. Enjoyed local area. Early check-in and late check-out, parking nearby. By the way, parking fee - gbp 50 per day. The property of choice in London.

An easy walk to mayfair. The room was good sized. The bar was perfect for breakfast.
