The hotel was absolutely fabulous and excellent and in a central location.

Its location near restaurants and pubs was magnificent. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and amiable, gave us great tips. We had a lovely big bedroom.

Everything was good, nevertheless we stayed for 1 night only. This hotel was located in a central area right by Kew in the other, Isleworth, close to the Thames, and most importantly. Besides, it was 2 km away from Hordron Edge Stone Circle. Food in the English bar was nice. It was a very good stay, fabulous place.

A tastefully decorated room provided with tea/coffee, 3 comfortable single beds plus pleasant view. Paid £ 62.

The standard twin room was nice big with comfy beds. And there was a pleasant view of the park. The service was good and the food was outstanding! Staff were easy going and breakfast was marvellous.

Marvellous breakfast with mushrooms and a hot food option, as for instance, worth to decide on it. Coffee/tea makers and WiFi in the room and the extremely comfy bed. The location marvellous and fab down the road to the Twickenham stadium.

Too bad that we didn't have time, but we would come here again. The room was large and budget, with beautiful decor and coffee and tea making equipment, and Wi-Fi for our comfort. Good location, the breakfast was marvellous with a hot food option and mushrooms, as for instance.

Our room was reasonably large and the food was affordable. The hotel was in a marvellous location really close to the river and the Twickenham stadium. The staff was amazingly nice and accommodating and we would stay here again.

There was a huge variety of options for breakfast, including cereal and yoghourt, I truly enjoyed it. The location was great and brilliant, short walk to the underground, nearest tube station and most importantly and easily accessible. Besides, it was just a short walk away from Richmond Lock and Footbridge.

Stayed in cheap family room with private bathroom. I had a marvellous breakfast with reasonably priced cereal and yoghourt. The location was great and brilliant - walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go. Excellent service, great value, just what was needed.

Liked our stay here and strongly recommend. Everything was great, fab location really close to public transport links, and several convenience stores, exceptionally nice staff. We had new-fashioned and budget room with private bathroom. Coffee and tea making equipment, and Wi-Fi were great.

We had an extra special 2 nights stay. The daily breakfast was amazing with mushrooms and a hot food option, for example. The location of the hotel was lovely, in west London near the Thames river. What's more, it was just off several convenience stores, grocery stores, restaurants, and, most importantly, a bus stop, the center, and public transport links.

I had a standard twin room and it was well decorated with well appointed bathroom, 2 x kids, for instance. The location was perfectly comfortable and perfect and a bus station was nearby the hotel. There was a fantastic restaurant, shops and convenience stores next door.

The location was perfectly comfortable and perfect, near the Thames! Further, it was really close to a nearby restaurant, the pub on 2 of the 3 nights and nearby Bus stop and shops.

The location was magnificent and perfect, close to the nearest train station, an underground and Richmond. It also was down the road to the Twickenham stadium. The breakfast was amazing and there was variety of good food.

I greatly enjoyed staying at this good budget hotel because of the family ambience. The venue was reasonably clean and the staff were top-class and really helpful. The breakfast with a hot food option and mushrooms was marvellous, had so much to choose from. The location for Isleworth was convenient and unbeatable, right by local shops, west London near the Thames river and several convenience stores, grocery stores, restaurants, and, most importantly, a bus stop.

The location of the hotel in Isleworth is magnificent, not far from the Heathrow flight path. Also, it's located 3 km from a rugby union stadium. The breakfast is marvellous with mushrooms, has everything you need.

Large room with well appointed bathroom, pleasant view onto Village Green, 2 x kids, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Excellent location down the road to the Twickenham stadium with views of the park.

Every visit to Isleworth we like to stay here. The venue is overall clean, the staff is top-class and easygoing. The location is peaceful and brilliant, 2 km from Richmond Town. And it's nestled in a pretty building very close to London, pub and the center of London.

Sincerely, it was a really great stay at the last visit. Great value and exactly what I needed. Family queen room I stayed at was cheap. Incredible and easy location, London Heathrow airport was 15 km away. The hotel was set in a lovely area. I went to a fantastic restaurant and loved the Thai dishes.

It had peaceful and stunning location with access to St Marys nearby.

Accommodating staff, incredible location, everything was fine. Appreciated their food, it was BRILLIANT with plenty of meals.

The staff are attentive and hospitable, managed the parking on site. The ambiance is family.

Ordered diner at their on-site restaurant Marios Kitchen. Also, the hotel's parking was useful.
