We had a contemporary standard queen room with air freshener and very comfortable bed plus baths. Thanks to the accommodating staff everything was perfect, including plenty of outstanding food. Its location was central, right by St George's Hall Liverpool.

The venue was set in the central position really close to the centre of Stratford, public transport and Stratford International station and Westfield. Wake-up service, available in my superior room, was a nice bonus. Every staff member was enthusiastic and polite.

Everything was nice, the full English breakfast was totally worth it. The location of the property was perfect and amazing, to a huge mall. Café Upper Crust was located 10 minutes walk away.

The double room I got was included with stunning views, iPad, windows to the outside. It had a great and lovely location so close to the copper box arena, and London for an event at the copper box arena. Also, the hotel was relatively near Olympic Rings.

Had a such great stay in winter time, everything was brand-new. The hotel had a central location and it was right by Liverpool Central Library. Appreciated staying at the superior queen room. The stuff was very good and impeccable, whenever I needed help.

we loved our 2 nights stay. comfortable beds and accommodating stuff. the hotel is perfectly situated, 5 minutes walk from the underground. double room was good sized.

It was worth its 5 stars. We truly enjoyed the convenience of the large queen room, as well as a private safe, a work desk and pay television etc. To grab a bite visit Joe Delucci's Gelato, it is located close by.

For dinner we visited Tgi Fridays, set only 600 m away. Calm room. Perfect base for holiday in London:)))
