Would come here again. The place is immaculately clean and perfect. It's well decorated and extremely pleasant with very good bathrooms. Overall amazing food, plus there is Mercat Bar close by.

The staff were thoughtful, the location was comfortable. Plus it was within 10 minutes walking from the downtown.

The location was magnificent and perfect - really close to the Richmond shopping area such as Mark and Spencer as well as the railway stations. The room was compact and brand-new with coffee facilities and a single bed plus milk, we felt like at home.

The particularly good location near a subway station was just what I needed. Also, Robert Dundas was located in vicinity.

The food was delightful with a huge variety of options. They gave us a deluxe double room with toilet-, the tablet and new curtains general state of decoration. The location was quiet in a very nice area, next to centre of Richmond and great value, the tube station and a super Restaurant and Pub.

We had croissants, pastries, fresh fruit, and cheese for breakfast.

Luxurious low budget hotel. Well priced & modern unit with enough towels, coffee plus WiFi. Peaceful setting in the very nice area, near to the centre of Richmonf and Twickenham.

I stayed in the room that was kept clean and available on upper floors. It was decorated in a convenient style. The location was excellent, a short walk from old town. And it's around 10-15 minutes walk from Jaipur of India, ate there once or twice. Also, the property was short walk from a railway station.

Luxury and perfectly clean place, everything was perfectly fine. The staff were competent lot of time. My deluxe queen room with coffee facilities and super old TV plus the bedroom was a nice size. The location was central, handy to the riverside.

Greatly enjoyed a personal safe, air conditioning, and an iron in the room. Its location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, just next door to TO RICHMOND RAILWAY STATION, underground, mainline trains and buses and the Richmond shopping area such as Mark.

Even though some of the staff were extremely unhelpful, I had a WONDERFUL stay. The hotel was located in the heart of Richmond. Also, it was 4 km from Royal Botanic Gardens.
