Charming, fairly clean hotel with apologetic staff and a downstairs bar. Excellent bedroom. Gorgeous self service breakfast with well presented meals.

Fantastic and pleasant hotel with welcoming staff from the pleasant member of staff, everything was fantastic. Very central location was a plus. Moreover, it was 2 km from Edinburgh Castle. The restaurant was great and food was hot.

It's a nice size and well-equipped with comfortable bathrooms. The setting is incredibly comfortable, right by multiple tube lines and Very near to metro, good area.

Perfect facilities and a delicious breakfast with eggs cooked to order and tea or coffee, as example.

Fairly clean hotel in a new building short walk to the Houses of Parliament as well as tube station, Buckingham Palace and other attractions. Tasty and good self service breakfast with plated items and delicious local cuisine and beers.

The location for London was comfortable, adjacent to Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Churchill War Rooms, Buckingham Palace and much more, London for various reasons and Methodist Central Hall.

I had the self service breakfast with fried eggs. Had tea, coffee, a storage, and a kettle in my deluxe double room. The location seemed cosy with St James's Park.

The rooms were updated and airy, had smoke detectors for safety. The views over the garden were good, liked it.

The location is very central, very close to bar / restaurant below expectations as well as river, Theatreland and London.

It was a wonderful small and intimate hotel in a safe area, not far from the pub/restaurant as well as London's landmarks.

Its location was magnificent, in the center of London. Moreover, it's just off Buckingham Palace and Westminster and in easy walk of the attractions of London.

Our accommodation was set in a very central location near to the amazing sites north and south of the river- The Houses of parliament, Big Ben and Downing street are a stone's throw away and Buckingham Palace and the London Eye a short walk. Our king room with the fan was updated.

Fantastic small hotel with nice and welcoming stuff. King room with the mini fridge, a good shower plus cookies.

The location is magnificent and perfect, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Whitehall.

I spend 1 night in London really good. All of the staff were extremely polite, amazingly nice. The breakfast was nice hot with pastries, English or Continental and vegetables like tomatoes, the best I had in London. The hotel's location was fab, so close to London due to flight issues, the St James on the District and Circle lines and the lovely pub.

Everything was fantastic at this small hotel. I was here for 1 night and ate at attached restaurant for good Indian food. The bed was spacious and there were a coffeemaker and a fridge. The property's location was marvellous, with St James's Park.

The location was marvellous in a good area, adjacent to attached pub, and Whitehall to Trafalgar Square.

It was an elegant building, the room was good-sized and functional with good wifi.

Facilities were clean, nonetheless Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Extremely polite staff, good views over the garden, everything is second to none. The location is particularly good and stunning and near to Westminster Abbey and Big Ben, and many other sites. Westminster Borough district deserves to be explored. Every time in London, I choose this place.

The units are brand-new, reasonably priced in ceiling directly above bed. Air conditioning, a storage, and a kettle are available.

The hotel's location was very central, near the parliament.

Set next to a subway station, handy for getting about.

I stayed 2 nights and will come back when visiting United Kingdom. Grounds were kept fairly clean, breakfast was savoury. Fabulous dishes served at the attached restaurant.

The double room is brand-new, we also appreciated magnificent views. There is a coffeemaker and a fridge. Plus, the location is incredible, minutes from a Protestant abbey. And the area is nice safe not far from Westminster Abbey, Churchill War Rooms and St James' tube station, Easy to get to the tube and Buckingham Palace and Houses of Parliament.

All in all, it's intimate place that has reasonably good staff from the pleasant member of staff. They offer wake up calls and ironing at no cost too. When I am in London, I like staying here😀

I truly enjoyed that the hotel was fairly large, appealing with an excellent service. The room was spotless and had particularly good views over the garden. Its fab, very central location was a plus. An attached restaurant was great.

The room was compact and modest with a very big bed and a hairdryer, a shower cap and fresh towels in the bathroom. The location was unbeatable and handy, 20 km to London City airport, perfectly reachable.

It had very central location close to Broadway. The food was well presented, with a wide range of options.

The location of the hotel was stunning, perfectly near to the underground. Had good sleep at the deluxe king room with bath robes and twin beds plus nice amenities. Everything was great, however a few employees were hostile.

Stayed for 1 night in this charming small and vibrant place, appreciated that. My double room was huge, tastefully decorated. There were a coffeemaker and a fridge too. The staff were efficient and active and food was outstanding. The location was great and lovely for walking around a Protestant abbey. The hotel was in a nice area. Having different hot drinks in the English bar was a very nice touch.

The location was quiet, room was very clean and employees were excellent. We greatly enjoyed to chill in the nearby blue boar bar.

There is no fresh air.

Thoroughly enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere of the whole place. We were pleased to have heating, a private safe and a coffeemaker in the room.

staying very close to many tourist locations and within 15 mins walk from westminster abbey. morning meal food was complimentary. it's a 10-minute walk from victoria subway station. brixton district won't disappoint you.

The location was excellant. 200 feet away there is Cafe Fresco. Nothing bothered me with the hotel. Excellent place for a trip in London: )
