Perfect clean hotel with very friendly staff who made the stay a perfect experience. Excellent and unbeatable location by Hyde Park, in the particularly good area.

Appreciated the way our triple room on the toilet with legs touching basin an im 5ft5 was. Perfectly fine facilities, everything you could wish for.

Had double room with the kitchen, a double bed, as for instance. Marvellous and incredible location an easy walk to Saint Mary's Cathedral.

The position was great, restaurants and eateries are near to the hotel. Near to a tube station, it was a real bonus. Huge room, that also was beautifully decorated on 2 levels.

The units are airy, great value for money. It has a very clean bed and an excellent bathroom.

We had economy double room with the double bed and bathroom plus 4 tables tables. The location of the hotel was central, short walk to London sightseeing as well as Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens. Ate at Jaipur of India, it's just a short stroll away from the venue.

The hotel is exceptionally comfortable, everything is amazing. The staff are excellent and hospitable and really care about the guests. Make sure you stay in the double room on 2 levels. They have central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk. The property has an excellent location, very close to the convenient store for water, Notting Hill, Bayswater and Queensway and bars, restaurants, supermarkets, metro stations & Kensington gardens. It's worth staying here and exploring Westminster Borough district.

The location is perfect and particularly good, to Hyde park for British Summer Time. The excellent and hospitable staff helps you in any way.

The location turned out to be good, close enough to linked by two easy walks to Tubes for Oxford Street as well as the convenient store for water.

Really enjoyed London, the hotel was exceptionally comfortable close to all amenities. New-fashioned double room was a highlight for us. Btw it included central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk.

The time I spent there was fine. I had breakfast in the restaurant. The staff were very amiable and the setting was magnificent. I tried quick meals at Amorino Queensway, within 400 metres of the hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed the place, had a very nice stay for the value that was paid. The location of this hotel not far from the underground, local pubs, restaurants and of course the tube station and Paddington for the Heathrow Express was marvellous. Luckily it was close to Fentons Bayswater, had pastries there when it was hot outside.

It is a quiet property located in Westminster Borough district short walk to local pubs, shops, restaurants, bus stops, Hyde Park and many others and Tubes for Oxford Street or Kensington, Westminster or Paddington for the Heathrow Express. The location is marvellous, close to station. The units are tastefully decorated on 2 levels. The hotel has amiable and outstandingly accommodating staff.

The property is clean and simple. Particularly good location, walking distance to everywhere. 20 km from London City airport. Amicable staff, huge and great value for money rooms for the bed itself down in the basement.

The location was good, near Whiteleys Retail Company. And the area was good, just next door to supermarkets, restaurants and pubs, banks and many other services, Hyde Park and tube, and Oxford Street or Kensington, Westminster or Paddington for the Heathrow Express.

The room was great-sized, had private bathroom. An electric kettle and refrigerators were a huge plus. Location: the hotel was near to metro, Hyde Park, lot of shops and restaurants nearby as well as Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens. It also was near to the bus stops & 2 tube stations.

The staff - some of them were a bit slow.

The location was marvellous, close to the tube, in the good area. Didn't like when it was hot outside, went to Nando's Bayswater to relax and grab some food.

The total stay was perfectly pleasant as business traveler. The location was decent, within a close distance from a Portobello road. Besides, we where close to restaurants and bars. The triple room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was airy.

I would say it's reasonable base for staying and exploring London. The location is perfect, 2 km from Underground. There is a good restaurant at a medium distance from hotel. The restaurant attached makes simple food. Thank you for a VERY NICE stay.

Overall had really really nice stay for the value that was paid. Had a triple room for the bed itself down in the basement, and we liked it. Bayswater tube station was 10 min away;))

Al Waha is literally 400 ft away. Minutes from westbourne grove and other tourist sights.
