Excellent, marvellous location very close to with excellent parking as well as the trains into London. New-fashioned deluxe double room with a comfy bed.

Beds were a little hard.

There's no complaints, had a fairly nice stay for my business trip. The location was marvellous and lovely in a very quiet area, next to good restaurants, the William Morris Gallery and an already amazing pub and restaurant. Also, I could visit Harmondsworth Moor, it was 15 minutes' drive away.

The location was great and lovely for me as it was next to the William Morris Gallery in Walthamstow, the trains into London, and with excellent parking.

We had a gorgeous breakfast with gluten free muffins, ham plus cheese could have included some yoghurt.

I came here with my family. The location of this pleasant hotel was unbeatable, in the onsite restaurant which was equally as stunning. Besides, I were really close to Highams Park overground train station and an already amazing pub.

100 metres to the bus stop. Bright, spotless units provided with an extremely comfortable bed, great shower plus coffee.

Glad I took deluxe triple room, it was nicely furnished and newly remodelled. The setting is absolutely perfect and good, next to the onsite restaurant which was equally as stunning, bus stop and train station and an already amazing pub. The place to have lunch at a short distance from the hotel is Highams Kebab House.

Everything was very comfortable, appreciated our enjoyable stay. Everyone was efficient and the room was extremely pleasant and lovely little. We had a comfortable bedroom. The location was magnificent, short walk to Walthamstow, the William Morris Gallery in Walthamstow and bus stop and train station and very close to a national gallery we wanted to see.

Booked a well-equipped room with a decent shower, a very comfortable super king size bed and nice toiletries. Variety of good food for meals.

The room was very well furnished, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was brilliant and super and I could use private parking on site. The hotel was set in a nice area.

No complaints, I appreciated this hotel and totally recommend. Had a restful 3 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. I had the deluxe triple room, it was well furnished and newly renovated. The bathroom was huge, included a shower, a hair dryer, and dressing gowns. The location was excellent for me, in the pub until around 11pm. And it was also adjacent to the William Morris Gallery in Walthamstow and the Royal Oak.

The units are great modern, perfect little.

I had a great stay at this lovely boutique hotel. Deluxe queen room was stylish and compact with a comfy bed. The rate was £ 79. The staff were all polite, very, very nice. The venue was in a marvellous location near the pub rather than the rooms, the bar/restaurant, and London.

The room was well-equipped and nicely furnished with comfortable bed, nice toiletries in the bathroom, as for instance, and btw the hotel had an English bar onsite. We walked everywhere, the location was quiet and perfect, in pub below.

Staff is attentive and you can park your car onsite.

Had 4 nights in Woodford, spending our time here lovely. Lovely breakfast with ham and cheese, for instance, and the staff was really friendly. The location of the property was marvellous and lovely as we were just off restaurant, London for a hospital appointment, and the William Morris Gallery. The service was terrific, nothing too much trouble.

Came here for 1 night stay, had a really great experience. The people were welcoming, will exceed the expectations. The location to station where you can get a train into Liverpool St was brilliant and super for us. The food for breakfast was outstanding and splendid.

Easy access to London City airport, which was about 19 minutes' drive away. The room was airy & fabulous, came with nice toiletries in the bathroom, coffee, for instance;)))
