The staff were happy to help, the location was stunning and brilliant. And the area was lovely, very close to Buckingham palace and Piccadilly Circus, Green Park tube station, Piccadilly Circus, and Bond Street shopping and the film Notting Hill where Hugh Grant interviews Julia Roberts. We had a comfortable bedroom. And it had a good view of the park.

Stunning, wonderful location very close to the main shopping street so you can be shopping till you dropped on Regent street.

The superior king room is high quality with the table beautifully set for a surprise champagne afternoon tea, afternoon tea was served, comfortable bed. The location is amazing, the breakfast is fantastic and absolutely superb.

The location is very central. The airport is 20 km away. It's newly decorated and generous sized with luxury bathrooms.

Based just next door to Green Park and Buckingham Palace, the lovely restaurant Le Caprice and Dubai & Ashford castle. Really lovely overall experience.

Overall it was beautifully decorated and well-appointed, with a separate bathroom. Perfect location right in the centre of London was a plus. Btw, we admired a historic fortress, based at a moderate distance from the hotel.

Everything was great, including polite and very nice staff who are very welcoming and with a family like manner. We didn't want to leave, can't recommend highly enough.

We got a well-appointed room with a luxury bathroom. An outdoor Michelin-starred restaurant was open on site.

The accommodation had a very central location to so many special areas. Furthermore, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from a buzzing Theatre-district square. The rooms were tastefully decorated and good quality and had hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows.

It was based in really amazing building in a good and incredible location, in a lovely area of London. Really enjoyed early check-in and late check-out. During weekend everything was perfect and we will be back.

The hotel was perfectly clean and the staff were happy to help. The food was amazing and the bar was fantastic. The location was magnificent - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Plus, we could reach St James's Park not too far away from the venue.

The continental breakfast was offered with continental options, yoghurt, pastries. The location was very central, very close to the most beautiful restaurants in the world, and the opera. I ate in the Michelin star rated restaurant nearby.

Particularly good location for our visit to Oxford Street not very far from the hotel. Incredible breakfast with the most perfect raspberries and the continental smoked salmon and ham - well worth the money. Early check in and late check out.

I was there for the weekend and had a QUITE COMFORTABLE stay, so I will be back. I appreciated almost every detail, including fab staff and location. The staff was accommodating.
