The bedroom was top quality and brand-new.

Everything is fairly clean and nice. Excellent service, pleasant views of city from my small king room. Superior bedrooms, extremely friendly staff.

The location was great and amazing and the private parking was on-site. The staff were informative and kind.

My hotel room was air conditioned and recently refurbished for bedside lockers. Having shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets was a bonus.

The staff were very rude, didn't expect that coming.

Friendly check-in and late check-out, smart staff. Well furnished unit with a smart phone and sunlight plus maps.

I had great 1-night stay here! My single room with all the basics, bedside lockers, as example was well-appointed and well-organised. It was very handy to have a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge.

Loved how the small queen room with all necessary equipment was arranged when we arrived.

Fantastic and stunning location in the secure area, near the Natural History Museum, Underground and museums and a great tube station. Well-appointed and well-organised unit with all the basics. A wide array of goodies for breakfast.

A little noisy staff!

Very central location was a plus. We had the single room which was stunning and attractive. The staff was good and charming and the service was top-notch throughout our stay.

The location was good and stunning, to London's landmarks, convenient to go everywhere. The small double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was top-class and well-organised for bedside lockers.

This is a fairly clean, stylish hotel. The rooms are a decent size and newly remodelled, provided with with free beverages, the bathroom, for instance. Has a special atmosphere.

All the services were very good, the room was tastefully decorated and well-equipped with a smart phone, free WiFi, as for instance. Central location was a plus. Furthermore, it was walk from a tube station.

The location is particularly good and fantastic and personnel is gentle. Btw, it's set in the central area. The rooms are newly renovated and air-conditioned, have fairly clean bathroom.

Location near coffee shops. Besides, easy access to Courtfield Gardens West. Beautifully decorated and well-appointed units on the first level and caring staff.

The location in a great area was great and amazing and there were a supermarket and a grocery shop nearby. Staff were charming.

The location was nice, only 5 minutes walk to St Jude's Church. The staff were very very helpful, as for 4-stars hotel.

The venue's position was central. Café Brownie Box located 1 km away was a nice surprise. Booked a room with all necessary equipment. An electric kettle and a refrigerator where nice.

It's a delightful small hotel nestled in an elegant style building. This venue offers great and amazing location near to buses, trains and local restaurants and facilities in Earls Court area, Earl's Court tube station and lots and shops & restaurants.

Its location is amazing & magnificent, right by the tube and many Restaurants, the shops / restaurants / pubs and the Earl's Court tube station, an area which is a haven for shops and different kinds of eateries. Kensington district definitely deserves exploring.

The room was well-appointed with all the basics and they provided wake-up service when I asked. There were a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator too. The location was incredible and stunning, close to a subway station. Furthermore, the area was residential.

The setting was stunning, just off the Underground train station and a variety of restaurants, Heathrow airport which was a monumental rip off and lots of eating options nearby. Had brunch in the Ashbee's Wine Bar, located nearby.

Particularly good location to londons main sights, and 15 minute walk from Victoria and Albert Museum. Just off a short walk away from the shopping district, train station and the Royal Albert Hall. Climate control and Netflix in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Nice city views, good food.

Everything was modern, we had quiet 2 days here. The room was nicely decorated and well-appointed with good facilities when upgraded. The hotel's location was magnificent, so close to the Earl's Court tube station and buses, and eateries. Loved the restaurant for breakfast or dinner.

The hotel had a central position near Earls Court tube, eateries and all London airports. It was next to Siam Garden, where you can have dinner.

We were given a small double room, it was air-conditioned and recently refurbished. The property's location was peaceful and best possible, to Earl's Court metro station. Easily reached Evoluzione Restaurant, located just a short walk away from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

Came in London to relax and have fun, this brand-new hotel was perfect place for doing it. The staff were attentive, proactive, did all they can for a pleasant stay. The location was unbeatable, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a famous museum. Moreover, it's not far from airport, Chelsea and pubs.

The staff were best at all times, the rooms was new-fashioned and air-conditioned.
