The property is chic, it has exceptional and pleasant staff with the so called porter.

I came here for 3 nights and had a quite comfortable stay. The venue was clean and the staff were very kind. The rooms had a stylish interior, and they were huge. Liked view of the garden. The hotel's location was very central, easy to access with public transport.

It was surely a comfortable stay for a business trip. The property was clean, featured lovely design, I loved it. The location was great, a short walk from Victoria Miro Gallery.

The hotel's position was good walking distance to restaurants and bars.

The staff we met were not very friendly.

Unique and neat rooms, good view out over a park. Large bathrooms with a walk-in shower. Marvellous location not far from the tourist attractions, parks, restaurants and transport, and central London, friendly check-in.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and truly enjoyed it. The place was clean and homey, it had really good and exceptional staff in Lounge very attentive-best staff member by far. The room was new-fashioned and light filled, had a terrace, a lounge, and new curtains. The location was very central, just off the tubes as well as London for work appointments. Fast food restaurant Chicken Valley was located 5 minutes walk away.

I truly enjoyed the hotel! A good choice of meals for breakfast, it was tasty and delicious. The room was squeaky clean for clothes to hang when I arrived.

Would stay here again, our stay was very good. This place is lovely small and really cute and the staff are excellent. The rooms are newly renovated and comfortable quiet, with a lounge area, coffee, and a safe. The hotel has a lovely restaurant for breakfast.

Amazingly efficient staff and beautifully appointed accommodation. Breakfast with really good tea, free wifi plus extra drinks. In an excellent and perfect location walking distance to restaurants and bars. Extra comfy area with a main street and a tower walking distance to the hotel.

The rooms were updated and huge, equipped with a lounge area and new curtains. The location to a tower and a palace was great for all my needs.

Its location is wonderful & fantastic, short walk to the coffee shop downstairs, transport, pubs and restaurants, and getting in to-/-out of London easily. The breakfast variety is tasty and marvellous with which both included toast and 2 options, for instance, excellent service. We have stayed at this nice basic hotel previously and would stay there again.

I got double room for 5 nights with comfy bed, the bedroom, as for instance, enjoyed it. The location was fantastic and beautiful walking distance to a main street and a tower.

Everything was excellent, including very nice staff. We enjoyed the convenience of the double room available with bedrooms and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was tasty and amazing during our stay.

Booked a room with particularly good views to a garden. The location was great super close to train station, great for for our needs. Moreover, it was adjacent to Paddington areas and souvenir shops as well as parks, restaurants and transport.

Ordered breakfast, it was very poor, it should definitely be improved, really.

Stunning and magnificent location, it was walking distance to a subway station. The rooms were light filled & squeaky clean on the 3th level with easy access from the lift or from the staircase.

The room was huge with Oxford St comfy bed, the check-in was quick. This hotel was set in a very central area next to great pubs and plenty of choice of places to eat. I ate in the lounge restaurant nearby.

The rooms were huge with bunk beds, felt like home. Everything was great, nonetheless a few employees were abrupt. The venue was in a very central location close enough to shops to eat during late night, Really close to Hyde Park for a walk to Kensington Palace and London on the day England played Scotland. The lunch in Wasabi Bento & Sushi within walking distance of the hotel had every choice imaginable.

Well-designed and squeaky clean rooms, the design was contemporary. The setting was fantastic, really close to Paddington train and tube stations, center and the main street and train station.

Had 5 days in London, spending my time here really good. Good looking room, yet the views were not so great. Continental breakfast was healthy with actual coffee. Had magnificent and unbeatable location very close to Kensington gardens, close to Australian War Memorial.

The area was extremely busy.

The breakfast is tasty and amazing with a wide range of things to eat and drink. The room is neat with a view to a garden, the double bed, for instance. The location is very central, not far from Very close to paddington station, Paddington / Heathrow express, and Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park.

Marvellous location in the cafe at the front entrance and easy access to souvenir shops and supermarkets. Reasonably priced food served, tasty breakfast. A homey hotel, my first choice in London.

Magnificent, fantastic location in London, really close to very near to airport which was a short taxi ride away as well as paddington station, which has excellent connection with whole city.

All is excellent, I had a nice weekend. Make sure you stay in the double room with the 3th level with easy access from the lift or from the staircase as well as the bedroom. Would stay here again if I go to London.

The room was new-fashioned and well heated with stylish decor, nice design touches, a between level, thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Very central location of this traditional hotel was a bonus. Also, the area was vibrant.

This was a really really nice stay for my business trip. The venue's position was very central. There was café Mihbaj, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

The stay here was fine for a short London visit. The double room was recently refurbished with bar, a good shower, as example. The location was good and fab for walking around Paddington.

Abrupt staff!

The restaurant was great for breakfast here, I had wonderful dishes. Its location was very central, 4-6 minutes' walking distance from Norfolk Square Gardens. Moreover, the area was good.

Its location was for all my needs, it was magnificent and unbeatable walking distance to an underground station.

A comfortable way to end my weekend. Fairly clean place in chic style with all necessary facilities. Tasty and amazing breakfast for every taste. Magnificent location in a walkable area near to a great steakhouse and the nearby pubs. Again, walking distance to Paddington.

The breakfast choices are tasty with toast, organic ingredients, actual coffee. Their rooms are always squeaky clean and light filled with overall good value, great teas, a between level👍

It was in the best possible and handy location walking distance to restaurants and bars. We had light filled, neat room with garden view.

The breakfast of the hotel restaurant was marvellous with very nice coffee. Staff were competent and accommodating, and facilities were nice here. The location was marvellous, minutes from Paddington.

The hotel was big, clean and had tasty and delicious breakfast. The room was light filled and multifunctional with a spacious bathroom. The staff were exceptional and pleasant day and night. Incredible very central location not far from a nearby Italian restaurant, the Underground and Railway and bus station. Found a place called Levantine, set metres from the venue, ate there a few times. A lounge restaurant was an advantage.

Liked this trendy boutique hotel, and we would stay here again. Fairly clean place, staff was competent and best. The location was unbeatable and decent - really close to England and London, the buses, underground trains and train station. And there was Kfc with short-orders close to the venue, super convenient. The double room was stylish and normal double on level 2. We had easy check-in on arrival.

Continental breakfast was available. We had a fairly good bedroom. It was in a stunning and decent location with Paddington nearby.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

The stay was really comfortable. They gave us a large queen room with modern bathroom. The breakfast was delicious with bacon and really good tea, for example, the stuff was pleasant and consistently courteous. The check-in was friendly, we thoroughly enjoyed informal bar.

The hotel was located very close to all main districts of London, various areas within the city and London. The breakfast offered plenty of astonishing meals. Had incredible location right next to Paddington station. There was a lounge restaurant nearby.

Worth its 4 stars. We loved the helpful staff and the location was excellent. The bed was extremely comfortable, we slept well. It has a wide array of meals to offer, all in all the food is great.

Kolossi Restaurant, where you can eat, is a few steps away from the hotel. A kitchen was ok for us. The location was 1 mile to kensington gardens. Adjacent to buckingham palace, 15 minutes' walk to edgware road train station.
