I have to mention the inclusive breakfast with amazing views, insipid sandwiches & long wait be served and veggie.

Everything was well-maintained, had a fantastic stay for two nights. The room was comfortable and breathtaking, had essentials, like a shower, a hairdryer, and bathrobes.

Fantastic food selection on English breakfast.

Beds were a bit too soft.

I had a deluxe king room and it was breathtaking with a view. A shower, a hairdryer, and bathrobes were very handy. In general the service was brilliant.

The breakfast variety is inclusive and gorgeous with views over the Thames and insipid sandwiches, for example, very good service. This place is in a magnificent and unbeatable location to lovely coffee shop.

The hotel was lovely and very elegant with good employees who do want to be there and offer a good service. We spent 4 nights in comfortable deluxe room with a juliet balcony as standard. The room had a balcony and coffee plus safe, provided for safety measures.

Everything was very good, including extremely helpful and caring staff who do want to be there and offer a good service. I booked modern stylish room with showers. The a la carte restaurant with view of the river was the best part.

The rooms with a view. Knowledgeable staff team in a most professional manner. Stunning location adjacent to a hill with beautiful views of the Thames, Hampton Court, Kew, Central London and Richmond Park and plenty excellent cafe's, efficient check-in. Plus, walking distance to Terrace Gardens.

Everything was very good, stunning location in a cafe much more civilised, the staff were caring. The breakfast was inclusive and very very good with a lovely view, and served in the restaurant.

I ate at a very nice restaurant with beautifully cooked and presented food. The location was stunning and wonderful for first time visitors to Richmond. Had lunch/dinner at La Luna di Luca, which I found just a short stroll away from the hotel.

It was in a central location, right next to a tube station. Dined at Swagat, it was at a moderate distance from the venue.

The accommodation had a central location to a restaurant in Richmond. Easily reached Adesso Sicilia, located within a close distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

It was a nicely appointed hotel in a very nice area, right by the restaurant and the view, parks and the tourist areas. Exceptional service, although a few employees were very rude. An à la carte restaurant with beautifully cooked and presented food was an advantage.

The hotel is newly renovated, has worth every penny views and amazing location near to the surrounding trees, and valley. The continental breakfast is lovely, I greatly enjoyed it. The units are fashionable, large. The staff are caring and knowledgeable. The service is exceptional, includes free parking.

The location was amazing in be flight path and the staff here was fairly friendly and amiable. Café Hollyhock Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise. Got the same suite with a view booked online, liked that.

Central location of this traditional hotel was a bonus. We had a laptop-compatible safe, central heating and an iron in the classic queen room.

Plenty of fabulous food for meals. Location near to the town centre, and London. Also, near the River. Excellent overall experience.

All good — we liked this traditional hotel — the food was fabulous and the staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. The venue's location was central, to interesting places. Had supper in an a la carte restaurant.

Clean and homely place, has great views of greenery and the river. The location is marvellous and spectacular, 1 km from Museum of Richmond. What's more, it's not too far from the heart of the city.

Location and staff — everything was great. Its location was magnificent and peaceful, to the tube station or locally, and in a lovely area. Enjoyed EXCEPTIONAL views.

Ideal place for a 1-night stay. We liked the convenience of the standard single room, as well as satellite TV, a private safe and a writing desk. Richmond-upon-Thames district is worth your attention;)))

Hotel was placed next to such tourist sites as richmond hill. The staff of petersham went out of their way to make our stay GREAT.
