The place was fairly clean and we loved deluxe double room. The location was magnificent and unbeatable in a very comfortable area, really close to the south kensington station, great pubs, bakeries and the South Kensington tube station, and several museums, Hyde Park, and Herrod's. Moreover, it was 4 km from Staines Moor Country Park.

The breakfast was delicious, sensational with juices and cooked items, for example. The staff were caring, reasonably good.

This hotel had a very central position really close to the metro station. The staff was reasonably good, provided a quick check-in and a late check-out.

We needed to have bar.

The facilities in the junior suite were great, beds were nice. Fully equipped bathroom was luxury.

The rooms were huge with excellent bathroom, the staff were polite and honest. Marvellous location, a subway station was right next to our hotel.

The location was perfect, next to the underground, a quiet oasis away from the hustle and the center, and the view was SPECTACULAR. The staff were especially helpful and check-in was early. I had a very big bed and luxury bathroom, high-class room.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak, made me a little nervous.

Reasonably priced place with splendid views of city. Spacious bedroom. Honesty bar in the hotel.

The room is well-designed and airy, comes with festive decor for the holidays, wine and a super comfy bed. The breakfast is relatively cheap with a great selection of things to eat and drink.

Top-class modern room with good sized baths. Exceptional and beautifully decorated hotel in a very central location to the V & A museum. Also - very close to beautiful library, a quiet oasis away from the hustle and South Kinsington tube station.

The weather was wonderful, had very nice stay of 3 nights. The restaurant was very nice with a very attentive and courteous staff, we ordered amazing dishes.

The location was marvellous, with a tube station right next to the hotel. Was in a downstairs lounge area and right next to restaurants and a circus.

The rooms were extremely spacious, complete with festive decor, wine, as for instance, and with smoke detectors for safety measures too.

I really enjoyed sleeping 5 nights in this hotel. By and large, it was stylish and relaxing place with amazingly kind staff at the reception desk. The location was very central, just next door to sights and tube and museums and tube.

We had a quite comfortable time. Truly enjoyed how stunningly beautiful the property was. The location was great as it was right next to an underground station.

We enjoyed cheap and delicious breakfast with very high quality food, offered by the hotel. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was fine. The location was great for walking around Victoria and Albert Museum.

The room is tidy, luxurious comes with wardrobe space, lashing of steaming hot water from the shower, for instance. The hotel has a very central location close to the underground.

The location was excellent - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. A cool bonus was Zanelli's Sandwich Bar, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

The location is magnificent and fantastic, close to South Kensington, the national history museum, and a bus stop right in front of the entrance.

The rooms here are high quality and brand-new with a very big comfy bed. The location is absolutely perfect, not too far away from Royal Albert Hall. The airport is 20 km away, easy to reach.

We ate at a really nice restaurant at the hotel serving delicious meal. A bath was nice size and everything was perfect.

The room was nice cosy with all comforts, a super comfy bed, as for instance and safety measures included smoke detectors. The breakfast was relatively cheap with pastries and a specially fancy atmosphere, as example and had something for everyone. The location of the hotel was excellant - at a moderate distance from a scientifically spellbinding museum.

As for me, the area was bustling.

Brand-new & high-class unit with fireplace, sofas and an excellent bed. Excellent, incredible location in Kensington district near to Natural History Museum, metro, restaurant and museums and hyde park, museum, harrods, infront of South Kensington tube station.

Accommodation was big and exceptional with attentive staff at the reception desk. The room was fashionable and top-class with a shower and slippers in the fully equipped bathroom. The bed was comfortable here.

It was fairly clean with competent staff at the reception desk. The location was peaceful, not too far from Royal Albert Hall. On the plus side, there was parking nearby.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel, including its WONDERFUL staff and location. Easy walk to south kensington metro stop, some 5 minutes walk.

There were beautiful tourist spots really close to this hotel, for example victoria and albert museum. Squirrel was 15 mins walk away. Easy access to a subway station.

Cafe de nata hammersmith, which can be found only 100 ft away, was a fast option. In love with pelham...
