Generally, the place was quaint and had super friendly and really polite staff on the reception desk. The breakfast was very good and they serve it in the restaurant.

As for me, the area was not so nice.

Stylish nice budget place with magnificent location next to Earl's Court subway station, Hyde Park and The National History Museum and Harrods and South Kensington / Earls Court.

Really polite staff, exceptional services, and perfect location near to 2 underground tube stations both are on Piccadilly' Line which have trains going to Heathrow as well as the metro station and Kensington palace. Recommend to all.

The venue was comfy, I enjoyed the stay and the location was ideal near several restaurant options as well as Gloucester Road tube station. The food was fabulous and there were a huge variety of dishes in the menu. The service was marvellous, including an early check-in.

The rooms were decent size with a spacious bathroom and the breakfast was very very good. Perfect very central location near The Natural History Museum and well placed for tourists to London.

The hotel was in a particularly good and stunning location next to Kensington, one of London's nicest boroughs, the Royal Albert Hall and Kensington Park and the tube station, 10 minute walk to the High Street. We could drink something at Cromwell Tavern, located 1 km away. The room was good sized and air-conditioned with a double bed, complimentary waters inside and a recently renovated bathroom, and reasonably priced.

In overall, the place is convenient, has cheerful and delightful staff on the reception desk. Make sure you stay in the double room with double bed. The hotel offers satisfactory meal in the morning with eggs missing. The location is enjoyable, the check in is quick. Kensington district is worth seeing.

We were given a double room, it was spotless and compact. The bathroom was high standard and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. All of the staff was pleasant and exceptional.

All in all, it's quirky place that has affable staff on the reception desk. The rooms are high-class and air-conditioned and include coffee/tea making equipment and a refrigerator. Overall good food, plus there is Cromwell Tavern close by. We totally recommend the hotel to all.

We were in a good and absolutely perfect location just a short walk away from a world-famous museum. Plus, it was next to trains going to Heathrow, the closest tube on Gloucester Road and several restaurant options. The breakfast was very very good, served in the restaurant.

I got double room for 1 night, liked it. The location of the property was unbeatable, close to tube stations. I found Cromwell Tavern offering shots and different drinks 2 km of the venue.
