In general the service was helpful. The guest room with twin bed had all necessary amenities.

I was upgraded to newly renovated and great-sized king room with twin bed. This hotel was set in a central area short walk to rumbles until around mid night as well as restaurants and cafes.

The bathroom was very small, I didn't like it.

Accommodation was big and well-maintained with very caring and attentive staff on the receptionist. It was in the central location in walking distance of Paddington station.

The single room we stayed in was modern and airy. An electronic key card, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels were much appreciated. The location of the property was great, on hot events.

First-rate and excellent value place, it has extremely helpful staff on the receptionist. The location is ideal, close to Paddington station to get into Town. Furthermore, it's short walk to the Underground trains and rumbles until around mid night, and the buses, trains and subway.

Very good breakfast, nice food choice. Large hotel units with the level under the basement as well as the soap. Incredible, fab location near to the main Paddington station for the Heathrow Express. Plus, walking distance to Bessborough Gardens.

The double room with a bathroom, a kettle and good coffee. Fresh decoration. Central location and walking distance to a railway station.

Make sure you stay in the triple room with tea, comfy beds and a good view. The hotel has a super location to Paddington station, walking distance to a museum and a palace. Plus, it lies near Holland & Barrett Pimlico.

Truly enjoyed it - the place is well-maintained and suited me fine. The hotel provides an excellent service. Also, free Wi-Fi works throughout the property.

The room itself was convenient with a very comfortable bed and had essentials I needed.

All in all, it's well-maintained place that has caring staff on the receptionist. There is lots of fabulous food for breakfast. The hotel is set in a perfect and comfortable location just next door to the public transport, Hyde Park and V and An in half a hour, and underground. Westminster Borough district deserves to be explored.

Marvellous location just off London, Paddington and the Underground trains, could not be better. Besides, excellant for visiting a wildlife sanctuary.

I had brand-new and well-equipped room on the upper floors. The location was convenient and easy in a truly beautiful area, not far from train station, Hyde Park and V and An and Oxford Street. Also, it was super close to Victoria Miro Gallery.

I asked for double room and it was newly decorated with a really nice breakfast.

The location was marvellous and handy, within easy walking distance of a Hyde park. The venue was in a nice enough area, so close to the Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, the main Paddington station for the Heathrow Express, and London. My food was fabulous.

The beds are comfortable to sleep on. It has easy, handy setting, just off train and London.
