Everything is perfect here, had a such great stay for a business trip. The staff is being consistently courteous. The breakfast is reasonably good with eggs cooked to order and all the usual English options, had everything you could imagine. It has stunning, fantastic setting, just next door to restaurants/bars and Covent Garden, Oxford Street, Regent Street, Piccadilly Circus and other London attractions and many shopping areas. Don't forget to explore Bloomsbury district.

Functional, generous-sized unit with effective AC, second TV for relaxing, for instance.

Overall it was airy, with a separate bathroom.

By and large, it was well-maintained place with top-class staff at the reception desk.

My stay was really really nice for one night on front end of 25th anniversary trip. Nicely decorated and well-kept units with hair dryer, a tub, for instance, and the staff were genuinely helpful.

In overall, the place is grand old, has very efficient staff at the reception desk. It has unbeatable and magnificent location in public areas with lots of different eating options. I just want to say thank you very much!

I did not want to leave, so can just recommend this hotel. I lovely spend 4 nights in London. I was offered a delicious breakfast with all the usual English options available. The setting was perfect, just off the British museum snd a short walk from Somerset house and the Thames, Covent Garden and Charlotte Street dining options and Regents Park. The outstanding service and the attention to detail!

Location: comfortable, next to the British Library, Oxford Street, Piccadilly Circus as well as the tube and the restaurants and shops of Fitzrovia. Comfortable beds in our classic single room. Hearty breakfast selection, service-minded staff.

Perfectly clean place & top-class and patient staff who go out of their way to provide a really good service. Functional, generous sized rooms and stunning location. A wide array of food at the traditional English breakfast.

The units were heated and the staff were very courteous people from the receptionist and the Concierge who was very informative. It boasted lovely views over the garden. This wonderful hotel had a very central setting easy to get to everything amazing.

The classic room was individually decorated and the bed was comfortable. The location was handy, near to the British Museum in central London, and the prospect of having the prawn stroganoff again. Explored Royal Opera House, that is located just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

The hotel was well-maintained and truly exceptional and in a central location next to British museum and Covent Garden as well as the tube, St Pancreas station, theater, restaurants and shopping.

A nice size and well-kept units with a bath tub as well as bar. Amazing food served, hearty and nice hot breakfast. Peaceful and ideal location - very close to bus stations, the nearest Tube and Close to Oxford Street.

I did not want to leave and would book again. Had a very nice stay for a truly memorable visit to London celebrating my anniversary, everything was fantastic. I ate at a lovely restaurant with delicious food and staff. The rooms were brand-new and the location was incredible.

Very central location really close to the restaurant, Georgia on reception and all the concierge, smell the blossom when having breakfast outside, and the Russell Gardens' tube station, it was in a really quiet area.

Plus, the location is unbeatable, minutes from Bloomsbury Square. It's in a very nice boutique building in the nice quiet area. There is a good restaurant with delicious food and staff. Thanks very much for the stay here - would love to come back.

The venue is clean and reasonably spacious with courteous and enthusiastic staff members. The classic double room is heated and has an excellent soundproofing and tea/coffee. It has nice interior design and lovely view of the garden.

The location was great because it was close to all the local fun spots especially Covent Garden. The staff was immensely pleasant, incredibly welcoming, and responded promptly to requests.

Its location is awesome & brilliant, so close to theaters, restaurants and Covent Garden, bustling neighborhoods and the restaurant and bar staff and cleaning staff. The breakfast is awesome with freshly prepared eggs and all the usual English options, for example, there’s an option for each taste.

Our stay was a relaxing experience. This was a LUXURY hotel with very good food and staff. Greatly enjoyed how the classic queen room was arranged when we arrived. Furthermore, parking nearby was a bonus.

The property met all requests, we would return there. The hotel stood in a central location. The staff were courteous all the time.

Position right by covent garden and a short walk to russell square. Breakfast was excellant and the team was helpful! We could have lunch in Antalya Restaurant set within 1000 feet.
