Tbh, had a real good stay for a wedding. Very friendly staff and the place was spotlessly clean.

The location is perfect and magnificent and the food is splendid. Waltham Forest is a district that deserves exploring. It offers tastefully decorated rooms with the park nearby, great shower plus a smart TV.

It offers beautiful, amazing location. Waltham Forest district is worth looking into. The breakfast is sumptuous and savoury with cheese, fries, toast, lots to choose from.

The location was unbeatable and lovely, for example, landscaped gardens was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. It was located in a really friendly area so close to central London, the underground Central Line in eastern direction and tube stations-Leyton and Leytonstone.

Absolutely excellent and efficient staff in a good manner, smiling all time. Well laid out and high standard room with a carpet, an ironing set, and blinds; and with modern decor.

Nice location, it was short walk to the London Stadium, London and the underground Central Line in eastern direction. The room was well-equipped and had a beautiful view of London skyline.

It is an enjoyable base for one night, has great views of London skyline. Stunning, unbeatable location in the very friendly area. Again, not far from Saint Mary's Cathedral.

We have booked queen room with well prepared facilities. The restaurant had a wide array of decent meals for breakfast. The team provided a first-class service.

Exceptionally clean place in contemporary style with all necessary facilities. Excellent service and excellent location really close to the underground and bus, which is about a half hour from the middle of London via the Central Line and multiple tube lines. Really enjoyable experience, enjoyable base for one night.

Had very good stay for holidays. Loved staying at the triple room with a shower, high ceilings plus coffee. The location was unbeatable, just off cafes/restaurants in Leyton and different booked activities. I would recomand the place.

The location is comfortable, close to the tube to Liverpool Street as well as Central Line tube station. Make sure you stay in the king room with extra pillows, the drinks, an amazing cooked breakfast.

The incredible location was a minute walk from Maze. The rooms were both air-conditioned, top-class, complete with a great bathroom and comfy bed plus mini fridge hairdryer coffee. The check-in was easy and the staff was efficient and caring.
