My stay was really comfortable for a short visit. The stuff where pleasant, the room was impeccably clean. The restaurant was astonishing here, I had light dishes. No complains at all, I totally recommend, enjoyed it.

The staff was fairly friendly and room was modern. The location of the hotel was stunning, clean near to the shopping centre. What's more, it was not far from Hampton Court Palace across the road, rooms named after Henry's wives, and the shops.

The apartment was well-designed, included a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a microwave. The view was fabulous and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was particularly good and beautiful, walking distance to bars and restaurants. I was there for 7 nights and would stay there again.

So glad we chose it, spent 9 great days here. The employees of the hotel were amicable. The bedroom was modern and spotless. Greatly enjoyed kitchenette.

Would stay here again, a really really nice stay for a short visit. Everything is lovely, enjoyed my time here. The staff are friendly and efficient and deserve a 4-star rating. Large rooms with lovely soft pillows and the location is stunning.

The location was excellent, and we could reach Robert Dundas by walking. The staff were amiable, it was a bonus.

Booked apartment with a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a microwave. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; and there was a bathtub. The location was stunning and brilliant, adjacent to night life, a beautiful park and the Hampton Court palace so plenty of walks to take and convenience store. Had lunch/dinner at Publik, which I found a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

All the personnel was thoughtful. My high-class and fashionable room came with the bedroom and even access to laundry facilities.

The unit we got was good sized with the bedroom, the bathroom, for instance. The location was amazing and a bus station was a short walk to the hotel. The thoughtful staff members provided a few recommendations.

The stay here was quite comfortable for a short visit. A refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a microwave inside the apartment were handy. There was a bathtub, a plus for me. The staff turned out to be very good.

Everything was very good and rooms were good sized and high quality. The location was stunning and lovely in a lovely area of London. Moreover, it was so close to Bushy park and Hampton court gardens, Heathrow airport, and the palace and bushy park.

We enjoyed rooms for the window in the bedroom. A microwave, an electric kettle, and fridges were available too.

The staff was efficient, helpful, and responded promptly to requests. The beds were comfortable, the room was large with an absolutely fabulous view. Kitchenette had refrigerators, a kettle, and a toaster.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

We spent a very good time here, recommend to anyone.

The location was magnificent and incredible for first time visitors to Kingston upon Thames. It was about 25 km from the airport.

Shame the bathroom was very small.

It was as expected, had a really lovely stay for a short visit. The location was good and a short walk to a garden and a park. Richmond-upon-Thames district was worth staying in.

The food was fab with plenty of alternatives. The room was stylish and offered shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials.

The location of the hotel was great - not very far from Magic Garden.

Fab and fabulous food. Stunning, brilliant location in Kingston upon Thames, adjacent to cafes and restaurants, and hampton court maze. For tea or coffee visit Privy Kitchen Cafe nearby.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 2 nights, nevertheless everything was modern. The fabulous onsite restaurant had a great selection of food.

I had reasonably large room for the window in the bedroom. Refrigerators, a kettle and a toaster were available. The setting was quite stunning within easy reach of a historic royal palace.

By and large, it was chilled-out base for sightseeing in Kingston upon Thames, had much fun. The staff were efficient and helpful in case of questions. The location was excellent, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Rose Garden. There were shopping malls and convenience stores around the hotel.

Everything is modern here, had a lovely stay for our visit to the Palace. The staff are thoughtful, managed the parking on site. The location is incredible - a short walk to a bus station. There's cool Dish approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel, make desserts etc. They have a huge variety of meals to choose from, the food is fab!

All of the staff were thoughtful, accommodating. Enjoyed absolutely fabulous views. It was in a brilliant location with Magic Garden nearby. There was a park and a river a short walk to the place. They offered us fabulous meals, had lots of options to choose from.

The apartment I got was complete with comfortable bed and laundry facilities plus the bedroom. The location was unbeatable, just 5 minutes walk from a historic royal palace👍

It had beautiful location a minute walk from a goddess statue. A railway station was walk from the property. The staff were efficient and amicable all the time. The breakfast offered a good choice of great meals.

The daily service was excellent. It was so sweet to get ironing free of charge too. The location in a really quiet area was excellent and there were a mall and convenience stores nearby. There was a fabulous restaurant around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Facilities were updated, however Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The hotel was a brilliant base for enjoying a very quite area, just next door to Bushy Park and good restaurants and next door to Hampton Court Palace. Everyone was efficient.

We totally recommend the hotel to friends as its location was excellent! Convenient to walk to hampton court as it's set 10 minutes away. In front of twickenham stadium, 10 minutes' walk to Hampton Court train station.
