The Kensington Hotel

The hotel was in the very central setting to South Kensington station.

Rich and healthy breakfasts with meats, coffee or tea plus juices. Absolutely perfect location in the very nice area, next to Kensington for business on previous trips and a fabulous Italian restaurant around the corner.

As for me, the location was great, short walk to Kensington Palace, Museum of Natural History and excellent cafés and restaurants. The service was excellent, including an efficient check-in. I had a such wonderful experience and will be back.

Everything was really good, including highly professional and very professional staff. The rooms were brand-new and extremely pleasant, were equipped with a drink and a good size bathroom.

Excellent food for varied and healthy breakfast for the standard option. Spotless room, fashionable with useful amenities like the Nespresso machine, a high ceiling, for example, amiable staff.

The classic queen room was well-appointed with an extra bed, so that guests had essentials. The breakfast was freshly prepared with toast, toast & preserves and a slice of birthday cake, perfect to start our day. The location was perfect and magnificent, short walk to the Kensington for the popular “ A tale as Old as time afternoon tea ”, area restaurants and attractions and South Kensington tube station about a 5 minute walk away, stayed here during our trip.

The room was beautiful with a cozy bed and a tub and a shower in the bathroom. The location was unbeatable, to get to Portobello Road market, the view was PLEASANT, too. What's more, it was near to London for the first time, major attractions and the Kensington and Paddington areas.

Well-appointed room with a large comfortable bed, a/c, a lovely bar for £ 948. Unbeatable central location, near four museums including the Victoria and Albert Museum as well as London for an one-night stay at The Kensington.

The room was fully-equipped, there were an iron/ironing board, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The breakfast was healthy for the standard option, and the staff was competent. Our accommodation was set in a central location so close to the transport, the Natural History Museum and underground. Overall the service was very good.

Well, the views were pretty average here.

The location was very central, right by transportation links and Wimbledon.

An exceptionally comfortable bed and a spotless room overall. Great amenities like a mini-fridge-bar, climate control, and an individual safe. Marvellous and lovely location for visiting cafés and a stadium.

Fashionable & good-sized room with regard to the decoration.

The location was easy and quiet, very near of tube and the interior design was unique. What's more, it was very close to great restaurants and cafes, all the major sights and neighborhoods and The Kensington for seven nights in November 2018.

The room was beautiful, featured a mini-fridge-bar, climate control, and an individual safe. Its great, very central location was a plus. Staff was super absolutely amazing.

In overall, the place is distinctive, has excellent friendly staff from the Managers down. The rooms are neat with a bath, and the location is incredible to the South Kensington station where you can "tube " it anywhere in London.

Views are pretty average.

Good facilities and freshly prepared breakfast with toast, juices coffee or tea and a welcome drink. Location - unbeatable very close to many museums such as the Victoria, the Natural History Museum and many restaurants and transportation links. Also, in St Augustine's Church near by.

Beds were too firm.

I appreciated having freshly prepared breakfast for the standard option. The rooms were new-fashioned and neat, had a tub and a shower.

The location was fantastic, at a short distance from Royal Albert Hall. The room was spacious anand kept beautifully clean and available with tea, a lovely bar and comfortable beds.

Came here for christmas, had brilliant 2 days overall. The hotel's location was very central, in fact everything was lovely. Further, it was so close to a tube and the museums of South Kensington, the shopping area of Hight Street Kensington and Knightsbridge. The cocktail bar was welcoming with some incredible food.

Thank you guys for a very good stay for our last night. The location is perfect, the check in is easy. And it's set in a particularly good area just next door to Natural History Museum and the centre in general, and a french patisserie.

Had such wonderful stay for our last night. The breakfast at the hotel was healthy for the standard option. The location was great and lovely, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a British department store. Local markets and a market were right next door.

Very central location, at a short distance from a Dinosaurs gallery. Small restaurant not too far away from the hotel. Varied and healthy breakfast for the standard option for the start of the day.

It has both remarkable and fantastic staff. The room is sumptuous and the breakfast itself is very very good.

A bit small bathroom.

The room we had included Wi-Fi, big windows, and a lounge. The location was perfect, within a close distance from a scientifically spellbinding museum.

The hotel was in a very central location in a beautiful neighborhood in South Kensington. The room was spotless and exceptional with a marble bathroom, a separate shower, for example. The service was friendly in my opinion. The experience was really nice and I will be back.

A fancy hotel, my first choice in London. Easy base for 1 night with caring and lively staff especially the doorman guido. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Booked a room with a view. A shower and a hair dryer were available there. Location: the hotel was not far from the tube station of South Kensington and shops. It also was to numerous tourist destinations.

near to royal albert hall, 5 minutes' walk to gloucester road train station. the location was 1 mile to harrods. town house, which can be found only 700 ft away, was a fast option.
