Pleasant place. Quick check-in, painless check-out, exceptionally nice staff. Great and perfect location with perfect views just off the tube & trains, the tube station and pubs and the centre of Wimbledon. Besides, easy access to Trinity Church Wimbledon. True 4-star experience, exceptional service.

We had a very positive stay in a long time. Really enjoyed our 1 night stay. Marvellous location, London City airport was 30 km away.

Friendly service, functional room with a usable work space, tea/coffee and tea.

The room itself was tidy with bathroom and had essentials I needed. The location was fab to another cafe round the corner and the staff here was lovely.

The breakfast was traditional and we enjoyed the cafe where it was served. The view was perfect and the staff were extremely friendly and gentle.

I got a reasonably large and functional room with complimentary wireless internet and a writing table.

The venue is brilliant and pleasant with obliging stuff. The rooms are spotless and airy with a beautyfull window and comfortable beds. The location is great and fantastic, and the area is nice enough close to bars and restaurants. Wimbledon is a district that deserves exploring.

I greatly enjoyed that it was fairly clean and bright, the staff were exceptionally nice and rooms were compact. Delightful restaurant provided Indian dishes. I didn't want to say goodbye, had an excellent experience and will be back.

I truly enjoyed the room, the bed was soft. The staff were kind and obliging and the location was brilliant easy to get into the centre of London for the sight seeing. I was surprised at nearby Caffe Nero, they had some goodies, drinks.

The location was magnificent, not far from Wimbledon from 1934, and Southfields. The staff has always been affable and outstandingly accommodating, and the facilities were good.

I booked a room with a lovely bed, coffee and a writing desk.

Our room was good-sized with a safe, facilities to make tea, and Wi-Fi.

Spotless and airy rooms available with a beautyfull window and tea/coffee plus a double bed. Well presented dishes, very central location right in the Wimbledon city center.

Particularly good location for visiting cafes and bars. Great-sized and compact room, set walk from a train station. A good choice of options for breakfast in the cafe.

Sincerely, it was a very good stay for a weekend. The room was charming little, for the heating, had free Wi-Fi, extremely friendly and gentle staff. The location in a very lively area was particularly good and perfect and there were shopping malls and a supermarket nearby.

The breakfast was sensational with smoothies and beans, and the staff were great and kind. The location was great and incredible as it was close to an underground station.

The restaurant was amazing with good food and Gluten free, I tried healthy dishes. It had perfect views and a convenient decor. All members of the staff were great and kind.

Every staff member was amiable and exceptionally kind. The location was great and absolutely perfect, really close to the center of Wimbledon where there are many restaurants and the train station and Wimbledon train station and shopping zone, in a safe area. A cool bonus was Caffe Nero, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

A decent size and functional rooms with lovely beds and wake-up service. Superb breakfast and freshly made food selection. Great and unbeatable location in a safe area just off stops, close to trains buses restaurants and local transport routes. Quick check-in, parking onsite.

The hotel's location was brilliant, close to rail stations & tube stations and the train station. The breakfast was great with beans and quality coffee and smoothies, exactly what we required.

Was a decent base for city break. There were tea-making facilities and Wi-Fi in the rooms, which made them good sized and airy.

Everything was good, it had very good wifi, no complaints. Room was neat.

Overall it was a fairly nice stay for a weekend. The location in a shopping area was great. There was a superb restaurant, a shopping area and a supermarket next door.

It was fairly clean with good customer service. The meals in an attached restaurant were TASTY. Our stay there was enjoyable.

Easy location just off the Wimbledon city center and a shared, and reasonably cheap, taxi to the tennis. Units for the heating.

Would come here again, if in London. It offers a great attached restaurant and has polite and courteous staff.

No complaint, the venue met requirements. I had a spotless room with full English breakfast, coffee, as for instance. Strategic and charming location, the staff were gentle. I went to a pleasant restaurant and liked the Indian dishes.

I loved that the room was airy and immaculate with a glass of tepid water, a shared bathroom, for instance. The location was peaceful and top, not too far away from a Roman Catholic church. The staff were amiable and gentle and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge.

I loved fresh food. The hotel was near shops, the centre and Wimbledon thanks to its handy and easy location.

We enjoyed twin room provided with milk & 2 types, en suite bathroom plus the double bed. The location of the hotel was unbeatable and strategic - around 10-15 minutes walk from New Wimbledon Theatre.

Think that this enchanting and bright hotel is beyond compare, liked it. Overall, it's nice comfy base for exploring London attractions. The location is peaceful and charming, 1 km from hmv. They serve healthy food, have variety of options to choose from.

i was travelling to london for a city break. the stuff was amiable, provided an easy check-in and a painless check-out. i loved sitting in the attached restaurant. actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in london.

Accommodation was reasonably large and modest, beds were lovely. My twin room and all facilities were comfortable! The hotel had a very central location right next to all transport links. Loved the nearby Caffe Nero, they had my favourite coffee.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom was spotless here. The hotel was in a very central location close to everything.

The breakfast is lovely! Walking to a subway station from justin james was easy.

convenient location, easy to get around. we enjoyed the fact that we chose justin james. just a 15 minutes' walk away there was wimbledon subway station. the hotel had free parking for drivers.
