My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed being there. The staff was great, I got their full attention. There were lovely rooms with double beds, ample space and a fan. The venue was in a central location close enough to the Victoria Palace theater, and trains, buses and National Express.

The staff was really good the entire time.

The breakfast itself was awful, can be much better.

The venue is clean, with perfect and comfortable location near an underground stations, the tube and Gatwick Airport and Westminster. The staff are very amiable and knowledgeable.

Awesome and fab location close to everything, the hotel is minutes away from a coach station.

We stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was reasonably priced and cheerful, had particularly good location close to coach station. The staff that checked us in was very very helpful and knowledgeable. We had double room with 4 beds. Staying here for one night was very pleasant, totally recommendable.

Stayed in airy king room with minimal storage for clothes etc and a fan plus double beds. We booked it for £ 23.

Cheerful cheap hotel with good value, we had a pleasant stay. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful all the time. The bedroom was good-sized and compact. The bathroom was clean, with a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets.

The staff was efficient, pleasant with every request. Close to a tube station, just like we wanted.

The queen room that we stayed in was large and en suite. Having a storage and a kettle was very convenient.

My 1 night in London were pleasant. The local staff was very helpful and extremely friendly. The location was absolutely perfect, very close to all bus stops, convenient to go everywhere. I was surprised at nearby ddks, they had some goodies, drinks. The team provided a good service.

I was met by polite and nice staff at the lobby. My room included a TV and a kettle. It was compact, exceptionally comfortable beds.

Would stay here again, the hotel was clean, and location close to coach station was marvellous and unbeatable.

Overall it is a cheerful hotel and we greatly enjoyed the stay, the location was excellant so near the Tube.

The location was great because it was adjacent to a nice area of the city, a Tesco and a Sainsbury's nearby as well as coach station and train an underground stations.

The service was good! The guest room was twin with exceptionally comfortable beds. Coffee, toast, cereals and jam for breakfast were much appreciated. The location was decent and wonderful for walking around Pimlico.

Liked to be here, the hotel was fairly clean and cheerful, the location was incredible and brilliant to Victoria Train & Coach Stations. Good service from the pleasant staff that we interacted with. Westminster Borough district was worth staying in.

we think it's an excellent home base for staying in london. we appreciated the way our single room was. having breakfast with coffee, cereal and jam was a nice bonus.

You got attractive and competitive value for money. Our twin room had double beds. Moreover, Wi Fi throughout the property was awesome.
