Loved the deluxe queen room for quality received and the way it was setup. The decor was contemporary.

We all had a perfect 10/10 stay in this beautifully decorated and truly exceptional hotel. The location was unbeatable very close to tourists attractions. We enjoyed the convenience of the superior king room available with ultra-modern amenities and Chromecast plus very new decor. The breakfast had a good choice of brilliant food and drinks.

Think that this stunningly beautiful hotel is beyond compare, really enjoyed it. Many thanks to courteous staff for providing us with a FANTASTIC stay.

Everything was good, personnel was very very nice. The room was absolutely gorgeous and attractive, the location was exceptional very central. There were a great selection of restaurants to eat, like Zizzi's that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

The hotel was nicely decorated and truly exceptional and in a central location close to restaurants, Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace and Right beside the tube. The room was functional with street views and employees were very amiable.

The location was central, close to Victoria tube station, Buckingham and green park, and train lines, shopping, restaurants and Buckingham Palace. Also, it was 4 km from a famous museum. Enjoyed our rooms with a bath. The food provided was fine.

Superior double room with nice touches, had essentials required. The location was great and I could use public parking nearby. Easily reached Carrara, located just a short stroll away from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

The location seemed good in a calm area. Plus, it was not far from metro station.

I stayed for 1 night here and had a really comfortable time. The staff were efficient and the setting was brilliant. Tried some nice meals at Chez Antoinette Victoria, located a short walk from the hotel.

It was based in very nice boutique building in an amazing location, so near the tube. Westminster Borough district was worth exploring. We enjoyed the Indian cuisine in the restaurant.
