It was fairly clean, and the people were amiable and supportive. Truly enjoyed the room with garden, my bed was nice. The location for London was perfect and great, just off tube station, shops, cybercafé, atm machine, library, bus stops and a shopping mall, and a shopping mall.

The hotel is clean, the staff is HELPFUL, and the room is large and cheap. The location is unbeatable and marvellous, 10 km from the airport. There's a tube station not far from the place.

As picky eaters we really enjoyed to be close to plenty of restaurants, went to Shinde's Pure Veg couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away. Moreover, it had free Wi Fi throughout the property. Worth its 3 stars...
