Its location is marvellous and stunning right by the garden at the rear, two train stations and the centre.

Place was clean and cool. Huge and elegant unit with huge windows overlooking a beautiful english garden, pleasant staff.

The hotel had a great location in the centre of the surrounding properties. Everyone from the staff was nice and impeccable. Our superior king room was luxurious, quiet.

Overall had memorable stay for a business trip. The booked room was beautiful and lovely with lovely views. There were coffee/tea making equipment and glassware.

Spent here 2 lovely days and would come here again. We had a cosy bedroom. It had a magnificent and incredible location short walk to two train stations, restaurants, shops, Harrods, V & A Museum, Kensington Palace, and other museums and sites, South Kensington tube station and the centre of London. Besides, Saint Anne's Well was 3 km away from the venue.

10 min walk from the bus stop. Comfortable bedroom.

Pet-friendly room, besides I had a nice view of the garden. The facilities were good and the beds were great.

The place was fairly clean and wonderful small, it had best staff from the concierge to the receptionist. It offered us excellent and wonderful location so close to museums and public transportation, restaurants and the centre. Great to be 200 metres away from Alif Grill, enjoyed our meal there.

The room was absolutely perfect and the bed was lovely! It had marvellous location with access to a large neo-classical Roman Catholic church nearby.

They serve gorgeous breakfasts for all tastes with half croissants.

The bathrooms are a bit small.

The place was clean, I booked the junior suite with gardens views, everything was perfect. Magnificent location and overall the staff was incredibly welcoming and very pleasant.

The breakfast had a huge variety of lovely food and drinks. Stayed in deluxe king room with a double bed which was perfect for me. The hotel was set in a central area really close to so many museums, shopping districts and major London's landmarks as well as the best restaurants in the Knightsbridge / Belgravia areas.

This was a nice stay for savvy travellers. We thoroughly enjoyed the deluxe queen room which was spotless with a big walk-in closet.

The location was BRILLIANT - just next door to the centre of London, a charming private garden shared with the surrounding private residences and the Natural History Museum.

I appreciated everything, and I found the staff KNOWLEDGEABLE. Perfect place for vacation in London. Nothing beats being in franklin london.
