The staff were nice, and the room was new-fashioned and big with good facilities. The location was great - a short way from everywhere we wanted to go. Distance to the airport was just 25 km;))

The best thing was how amicable and outstandingly accommodating the staff were. This was a perfect location just off Crystal Palace Park and a great pub.

Great and ideal location - within short walking distance of everywhere we needed. Pimlico tube station was 15 min away.

Hotel overlooked courtyard and the room was big size. The location was particularly good, in the middle of the city. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Sushi Garden.

Its location was marvellous, just next door to Crystal Palace Park as well as the pub downstairs. The people where very amiable, will exceed the expectations.

by and large, it was enjoyable base for sightseeing in london, had much fun. the staff and the host were all really helpful and outstandingly accommodating. the location was ideal, just a short stroll away from wells park. took me 10 minutes to get to train station. actually everything was perfectly fine, my next choice again in london.

Excellent place for discovering London. Amazing friendly and amicable staff with great local knowledge. A huge variety of good food at breakfast time. Marvellous and perfect location, a few steps away from everywhere. A huge variety of food options at a moderate distance from the venue.
