The hotel was quaint and had all the interesting charm coupled with a fantastic service. The rooms where incredibly comfortable, with a work desk, coffee/tea makers, and a TV.

The bedroom was tidy and new-fashioned. The bathroom was clean, included a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. The location opposite the station was unbeatable. Further, it was adjacent to Bushy Park, the nearest mall and theater and the pub.

Plenty of fantastic food, we enjoyed it.

It had a quiet atmosphere and provided good service. There were an electric kettle, central heating, and iron and ironing board in my double room. The location was excellent and absolutely perfect for Kingston upon Thames, really close to the nearest mall and theater as well as the other local pubs.

Quaint hotel in a cozy area very close to the pub downstairs, Hampton Wick and Hampton Wick / Kingston upon Thames. Beautifully decorated room, comfortable beds and lovely bathroom. A view of city from my window.

The beds were lovely, rooms were accommodating, opulent.

The property's location was nice and perfect, to get a great breakfast along the river. The meals were outstanding.

The rooms were en suite and great value for money here with the bathroom and the bar plus aircon. The location was good and incredible, next to the nearest mall and theater as well as Rail station & buses.

The rooms were amazingly comfortable and the service fantastic. Incredible and super location with city views so close to Nice pub, Rail station & buses and shops, bars and restaurants.

It was a quirky and comfy hotel in a beautiful area. The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, overlooking city. Also, Longford Pump was 4 km away.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were quirky.

The twin room was neat, had a multi-channel TV, a dining area, and ironing facilities. The breakfast offered plenty of excellent meals. The hotel had a marvellous and handy location near to train stations.

I had a very lovely stay. Truly enjoyed the room with all necessary amenities, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was great and lovely as for me, adjacent to Kingston centre, Hampton Wick / Kingston upon Thames and Hampton Court Palace.

The twin room we were given had a multi-channel TV, a dining area, and ironing facilities. It was a marvellous location for us, near to Kingston town centre, buses and Thames-Hampton Wick.

The staff were very polite and outstandingly accommodating and the location was magnificent close to town centre of Kingston. Meals in the hotel were nice!

I stayed here 1 night and enjoyed it. Everyone working at this quaint and comfy hotel was helpful. The room with excellent shower & comfortable bed. The location was handy and incredibly comfortable for traveling around Kingston upon Thames, not far from the bar / restaurant and Bushy Park, Hampton Wick/Kingston upon Thames. Cafe Ultimate Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise. All the services were good.

Its a convenient base for an overnight stay. Stuff is attentive and you can park your car on site. The location is magnificent and perfect, just off station, Hampton Court Palace and Kingston bridge, train stations and the nearest mall and theater.

The location for Kingston upon Thames was excellent and absolutely perfect, short walk to Kingston centre as well as Hampton Wick/Kingston upon Thames. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The room of the hotel was new-fashioned and en suite with the bathroom and The mattress soft plus very unusual.

All in all - had a great 1 night stay. The setting was fantastic, not far from the nearest mall, and the station, Hampton Court Palace and Kingston bridge.

Make sure you stay in the twin room with the view of the street. It has great and handy location close to all the local attractions, in a lovely area.

The hotel had a magnificent location so close to Busaba Kingston Riverside. It also was close to town centre of Kingston. Food in the English bar was incredible.

The hotel's location was marvellous, right by Hampton Wick/Kingston upon Thames, the nearest mall and theater, and Kingston centre. Overall it was well-designed with excellent shower & comfortable bed. The service was admirable.

Came here for 1 night stay, had a very good experience. We had modern and beautifully presented room with hypoallergenic pillows. Besides, the location was comfortable and handy for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of a historic royal palace. This hotel was set in a cozy area. The staff was very friendly efficient and we would happily go back again.

The units are opulent, accommodating with excellent shower & comfortable bed. A work desk, coffee/tea making equipment and TV are available.

I had 1 night in Kingston upon Thames, spending the time here really good. The location was good very close to Rail station & buses. Moreover, it's adjacent to Hampton Wick/Kingston upon Thames, public transport and shops, bars and restaurants.

Pity, but the beds were not very comfortable.

The place was quirky. I enjoyed comfy and fabulous room complete with the bathroom and comfortable bed. There was lots of food for breakfast, it was astonishing.

All in all, it was great base for travelling to Kingston upon Thames. There was awesome food, the staff was pleasant and attentive. Location: the hotel was very close to the pub, shops and amenities, and bars. Apart from that, St George was 10 minutes' drive away. Liked our real good stay there a lot.

The whole experience was REALLY GOOD, no complaint, recommend. The location was unbeatable for walking around Kingston Bridge. Btw, went to city centre, located within walking distance of the hotel.

overall, it's perfect base for exploring kingston upon thames attractions. thoroughly enjoyed the good restaurant. furthermore, parking onsite was a bonus. it was worth its 4 stars.
